The PDR is an opportunity for a dialogue between a Manager and a team<br />

member. It is a chance to discuss perspectives on the role, the<br />

organisation, performance, ideas to improve and personal development.<br />

The PDR is an opportunity to stand back, review and plan for the future.<br />

Covering the key themes to ensure a successful PDR such as;<br />
