Personal Development is about growing a wide range of capabilities to empower, motivate and engage our people so that we can continue to make this a great place to work and operate as a successful business. Who is it for? Whatever your role, gaining skills and developing confidence in core topics such as; Meaningful Conversations, Coaching and Mentoring, Personal Effectiveness or Influencing and Negotiation will help you to perform at your best. How does it work? The content and level of training offered is dependant on the role and responsibilities you have in the Group. This Catalogue covers a range of options currently focussing on ‘In Person’ courses which have been prioritised according to business needs. Your PDR is an ideal opportunity to discuss learning and development needs with your Manager.
