Day 1 SAT. Paris - Arrival. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Night-time transfer to the 

Montmartre neighbourhood. Funicular ride 

(included). 

Welcome to Paris! On arrival at the airport, we will 

be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. Our guide 

will be ready at the hotel and will give an overview 

of the tour. At the end of the evening, we provide 

transfer to the Montmartre district. This 

neighbourhood is known for its painters, artists, and 

its cabarets… Sit down to dinner and enjoy a 

magical night. You can choose between Indian, 

Chinese, French and American cuisines. We will 

ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the 

spectacular view of Paris from the top. Return to 

hotel. 

Day 2 SUN. Paris. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour in Paris. Boat ride 

along the Seine. Climb to the second floor of the 

Eiffel Tower. Evening transfer. A scenic guided tour 

to discover the history, main boulevards and the 

breath-taking monuments of Paris. We end the visit 

at the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the 

opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this 

remarkable metal monument. End your visit with a 

boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the 

north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon 

to explore as you choose. At sunset enjoy dinner in 

“Quartier Latin”, a very picturesque area of the 

historic centre where a wide variety of international 

cuisines await you. Return to hotel. 

Note: Because of the tourist attraction of the Tower, 

there may be important queues at the time of your 

access. In order to minimize the problem, in some 

occasions, the ascent to the Eiffel Tower can be given at 

another time of your stay in Paris. 

Day 3 MON. Paris. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Free time in the City of Light. 

We go to the centre of Paris, to the area of the Louvre 

Museum. Free time. If you wish we can accompany you 

to Benlux, one of the most complete and best-known 

perfumeries in Paris. Rest of the day free. 

Day 4 TUE. Paris - Noyers - Beaune - 

Lyon. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vineyards in Beaune and 

Bourgogne region. 

We travel to the centre of France to the Bourgogne 

region, famous for its wines. A stop in NOYERS, a small 

mediaeval town classified amongst the prettiest places 

in France. After this we will visit BEAUNE in the centre 

of the Bourgogne region where its streets full of flowers, 

its hospice and its wine museum can be reminders of 

your trip. Time for lunch. LYON – Arrival mid-afternoon 

-, the capital of Roman Gallia on the banks of the 

Rhône, its historic centre has been declared a World 

Heritage site. Free time.


Day 5 WED. Lyon - Geneva - Zurich. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Swiss Landscapes. Centre of 

Geneva 

We have a beautiful stage. We travel to 

Switzerland. GENEVA, arrival. With our guide, go 

to the Palais des Nations (the United Nations 

headquarters in Europe) and then to the beautiful 

“Jardin Anglais” with its flower clock, and admire 

the “Jet d’Eau”, the tallest fountain in Europe. After 

lunch, we will continue through Switzerland passing 

the beautiful Leman and Neuchatel Lakes (note: 

depending on the number of travellers from Geneva 

to Zürich, this trip might be done by train). 

Day 6 THU. Zurich - Rapperswil - 

Zurich. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Boat trip across Zurich lake. 

Journey by train. 

With our guide, we will stroll in the most populated 

city of Switzerland, the financial and cultural capital 

of the country. The city of banks has twice been 

declared the city with the best quality of life in the 

world. After this we will board a boat for a trip 

lasting almost two hours on Zurich lake. The boat 

makes brief stops, allowing us to admire the villages 

on the way. We get off in RAPPERSWIL, a small 

and highly picturesque village overlooked by its 

medieval castle. We return to Zurich by train, and 

will see the efficiency and punctuality of the Swiss 

Railways. Enjoy an evening in the historic centre, 

next to the lake, where you can dine at your 

favourite restaurant (Indian, Oriental, Italian, 

International, Swiss, etc.). 

Day 7 FRI. Zurich - Interlaken - 

Grindelwald - Lucerne - Zurich. 

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHTS: Admire the fantastic 

landscapes. Cable car included to Grindelwald first. 

Lunch included. 

Today´s stage has beautiful landscapes with high 

mountains and lakes. Take a stroll through INTERLAKEN 

and follow to GRINDELWALD where we will have time 

for a coffee before taking the cable car (ticket 

included) up to Grindelwald first. We will walk along 

the path (30 minutes) in which we shall be able to take 

the ¨footbridge over the empty¨ among the fantastic 

scenery enjoying glaciers around us. Lunch included 

(vegetarian option available). After that we continue to 

LUCERNE, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. 

Returning to the heart of Zurich, enjoy an evening at the

Day 8 SAT. Zurich - Bern - Paris and 

Departure 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Explore Bern, the capital city of 

Switzerland. 

Embark on a scenic trip to BERN, capital city of the 

confederation built around a bend in the Aare River, 

with its medieval architecture preserved in the Old 

Town. Time to take a stroll and breathe in the fresh air. 

Next, we journey to France. Enjoy beautiful lake views 

on our trip to Paris. We arrive in the evening. Tour ends 

(or journey continues depending on rotating schedule of 

departures). 

Recommendation: If you start or end your trip in Paris, 

we advise you to book an extra day or two in this city. 

In this way, you will be able to get to see Euro Disney, 

Versailles and other places of interest.

Day 8 SAT. Zurich - Bern - Meiringen - 

Furkapass - Milan. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Route crosses marvellous and 

breathtaking landscapes. Visit to the Ice Cave. 

Amongst hills we travel to BERN, the capital of the 

confederation and time for a stroll. After this, we will 

cross the Alps on a stage of great scenic interest. We 

will follow beautiful lakes to MERINGEN, where the 

novelist wished Sherlock Holmes to die. In Meringen we 

will stop and have lunch. We then cross one of the most 

spectacular mountain passes in Switzerland, the 

Furkapass, with eternal snows and glaciers. We will 

stop at the ICE CAVE and at the viewpoint over the 

Rhone Glacier (until early June and after the beginning 

of October, the mountain pass may be closed due to 

snow. In this case the alternative visit will be to the 

AARESCHLUCHT gorges in Meiringen). Arrival in MILAN 

at the end of the afternoon. There will be time to dine 

at the Porta Venecia (Port of Venice) where an 

outstanding variety of restaurants can be found to 

delight your palate. From restaurants serving Swiss and 

Italian food, to French, Chinese and international food. 

Transfer to hotel. 

Day 9 SUN. Milan - Pisa - Rome. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Centre of Milano. Leaning 

Tower of Pisa. 

Time in MILAN in which we can see its great cathedral 

and the galleries in the centre. Then we continue 

towards PISA. On a little tourist train we will travel to 

the Piazza Dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles), where 

there will be time to admire one of the most alluring 

and beautiful art complexes in Italy, including the wellknown 

Leaning Tower of Pisa. Then, we continue to 

Rome, arriving at the end of the afternoon.



Day 10 MON. Rome. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Roman 

Coliseum (admission price included) and visit to the 

Vatican City. 

In the morning, we have a scenic tour of the city, 

which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal 

city”. We visit the tiny state of the Vatican. The 

Vatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in 

the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s 

Basilica. And we have also included admission to the 

Roman Coliseum, the principal symbol of Rome. This 

impressive construction dates back 2,000 years and 

will transport us in time so that we can learn about 

ancient society in the Roman Empire. In the evening 

we provide transport to the Via Cavour area, were 

you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, 

Chinese and international food. Return to hotel. 

Day 11 TUE. Rome - Madrid. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Flight Rome – Madrid. 

Evening transfer to the Gran Via District. 

After breakfast a transfer takes you to the airport 

to flight at around 11.00hrs to Madrid. Upon arrival 

we shall be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. 

Towards the end of the day, we provide transfer to 

the Egyptian Debod temple, Plaza de España and 

Gran Via; a vibrant district where you can dine at 

your preferred restaurant: Indian, Chinese, Spanish 

and Middle Eastern are some of the options. 

Day 12 WED. Madrid. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Madrid city tour. Visit to the 

Plaza de Toros de las Ventas bullring. Stroll through 

the Retiro Park. 

This morning, experience the city on a guided tour, 

which showcases the city’s vibrant centre, the 

beautiful Plaza Mayor (Main Square), its broad and 

magnificent avenues and its many fountains. Our 

tour includes a visit to see inside the Plaza de Toros 

de las Ventas, a fine-looking building. Here we 

learn about the tradition of “corridas” in the Bullfighting 

Museum. Also the day includes a walking 

tour of the beautiful Retiro Park, enhanced by the 

lake and Crystal Palace. Enjoy the rest of the 

afternoon. At sunset we provide transfer to the 

Plaza de Oriente in the historic centre of Madrid, 

opposite the Royal Palace. In this area there are 

many restaurants serving different exquisite cuisines 

(Indian, Middle Eastern, Muslim, Spanish, 

International). Return to hotel. 

Day 13 THU. Madrid - Zaragoza - Poblet - 

Montserrat - Barcelona. 

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHTS: Basílica del Pilar, visit to 

medieval monastery. Ride on a rack train. 

We depart early in the morning from Madrid. Heading 

towards Aragón, we pause our journey in ZARAGOZA. 

Our guide will join the group to Basílica del Pi¬lar. 

Directly afterwards, the group will have free time to 

visit this impressive sanctuary and enjoy free time in the 

city centre. Later, we make our way to Cataluña to the 

Monastery of Poblet, surrounded by walls in a beautiful 

setting, this is one of the best preserved medieval 

monasteries in the world (entrance and guided tour 

included). We then go on to the Monastery of 

Montserrat where we include a ride on the rack train 

for the fantastic views this gives. Continuation to 

BARCELONA, arrival in the late afternoon. 

Important note: in the winter months, from November to 

March (included), due to the shorter days, the 

Monastery of Poblet will not be visited (so that we can 

reach Montserrat in the daylight). 

Day 14 FRI. Barcelona. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Barcelona city tour. “Spanish 

Village” visit and evening transfer to Las Ramblas 

district. 

Today we will get to know Barcelona, an impressive city 

right on the Mediterranean Sea. Our visit includes an 

informative city tour with a local expert (note: If the 

group has fewer than fifteen people, explanations can 

be given by our guide.) We also visit the city’s historic 

central area with its Gothic neighbourhood dating back 

to the Middle Ages. We will visit the area where the 

Olympic Games took place. It will be possible to see 

and photograph La Sagrada Familia basilica; the 

masterpiece designed by the architect Gaudí. 

Subsequently, we include the entry ticket to “Poble 

Espanyol” (meaning “Spanish Village”). This open air 

architectural museum is situated in one of the most 

emblematic areas of Barcelona. Be delighted by the 

best Spanish craftsmanship and discover the 

architectural styles, traditions and folklore of the 

different communities in Spain. Free time to explore the 

city on your own. In the evening we provide transfer to 

Las Ramblas and Plaza Cata¬lunya area, where you 

can select from a great variety of restaurants (including 

Indian, Chinese, Halal, International and regional 

Spanish cuisine). Return to hotel.

Day 11 TUE. Rome - Florence. 

TODAY’S HIGLIGHTS: Tour with a local expert from 

Florence. View from Piazzale Michelangelo. 

We will leave Rome, heading north. This route is 

graced with beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival in 

FLORENCE, we head straight to Piazzale 

Michelangelo, an impressive site in the city. In the 

evening we provide a tour with a local expert, and 

walk through the historic centre, taking in places such 

as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della 

Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum. Free 

time to explore. In the evening, you can dine at your 

favourite restaurant. In this district you can find 

restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese and 

international food. 

Day 12 WED. Florence - Venice. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vaporetto boat on Venice’s 

Grand Canal. Visit and admission to the San Marcos 

Basilica, where we can admire the technique of 

crafting Murano Glass. 

Day 13 THU. Venice - Verona - Salzburg. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Verona, the city of Romeo y 

Juliet. Breathtaking landscapes. 

We will depart from Venice, travelling to VERONA. Our 

guide will instruct us on the places where you will be 

able to walk in Romeo and Juliet’s city - the city of 

lovers! Afterwards we continue the journey between 

mountains to Austria. SALZBURG, our guide 

accompanies us to the most beautiful streets of the 

historic centre of this city declared a World Heritage 

site. 

Note: In case of few travellers on the trip, the journey 

from Verona to Salzburg may be done partially by a 

train. 

Day 14 FRI. Salzburg - Vienna. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vienna city tour. Gardens of the 

immense Schönbrunn Palace. 

We will leave Salzburg to reach Vienna at around 

12.00h and start with a scenic visit around this 

impressive city with a local expert. Here, we experience 

its majestic avenues, its palaces and the vibrant city 

centre. Directly afterwards, we head the Schönbrunn 

Palace where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its 

beautiful gardens. 

In the evening we go to the City Hall Square to enjoy 

the lighting and the nightlife in the neighbouring streets, 

where you can dine at your preferred restaurant with 

cuisines from around the world including Austrian, 

Chinese, Indian and Italian. 

Day 15 SAT. Vienna Departure.

Today we enjoy stunning mountain landscapes while 

crossing the Apennine Mountains. Arriving in VENICE, 

we will board a Vapporetto to travel around on the 

canals in the historic centre. With a local guide, we 

will visit the marvellous Plaza de San Marcos and 

enter the marvellous basilica (entry cost included). 

Afterwards, we shall be able to visit the Murano 

glass factory city. It is marvellous to see the 

technique of crystal blowing. Free time. 

At the end of the afternoon, you will have the 

chance to eat dinner in the Mestre area, where you 

can choose the type of restaurant that you prefer 

(Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).

We depart for Hungary. Arrival in BUDAPEST, at 

lunchtime. Discover the “Queen of the Danube” on a 

scenic tour of highlight. This city is divided by the 

Danube, with historic Buda on one side and 

cosmopolitan “Pest” on the opposite bank. There will be 

time at the end of the day in the lively area of VACI 

UTCA, where there are lots of little restaurants with

time for lunch and to see this Bavarian city on the banks 

of the Maine, a former bishopric centre and now a very 

busy university city. Our journey continues towards 

FRANKFURT. Explore the historic centre and choose your

We set off to the north of France. In Eperlecques we 

visit a huge bunker in the middle of the forest

missiles were fired to the UK. Next, we leave on a ferry 

across the English Channel to reach CANTERBURY, the 

religious capital of England with a very attractive 

historic centre. Continuation to London. Tonight sit down

Day 6 THU. London - Colchester - 

Ferry. 

After breakfast we will go to Bond Street, the 

famous London street of the Mayfair district, 

venerated throughout the world for its lines of 

elegant shops, exclusive brands, design fashion, 

luxury items, exquisite jewels, art and antiques. 

Free time. At around 4 PM, we will leave for 

COLCHESTER, known as the most ancient city of 

England. Time to stroll. We will then board a 

modern ferry in Harwich, and take a night voyage 

in cabins with bathroom. 

Important note: The ferry used has a limited number 

of cabins. Sometimes we might change the stage, 

leaving London at 3 PM and taking the railway 

tunnel under the English Channel, and spending the 

night in Antwerp. 

Day 7 FRI. Volendam - Amsterdam. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Picturesque typical village of 

Volendam. Visit to Amsterdam. 

At around eight in the morning we reach Holland (Hoek 

Van Holland) and we visit VOLENDAM, a very 

picturesque fishing village. After this, we travel to 

AMSTERDAM where we include a panoramic visit of the 

city to see its narrow canals, the Dam Platz, its official 

buildings and parks. We will also see the technique of 

cutting diamonds. Transfer to the red light district, with 

its liberal values and its many restaurants from all 

corners of the world. It is very likely that you will have 

heard about this neighbourhood. 

Day 8 SAT. Amsterdam - Brussels - 

Bruges - Paris. 

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Feeling Belgium. 

We will leave for BRUSSELS, and will have time in the 

Grand Place and take a stop to photograph the 

Atomium. Later in BRUGES, the marvellous Flemish city 

known as the ¨northern little Venice¨. Time for lunch. 

Continuation to France. PARIS, arrival at the end of the

START AND END OF OUR SERVICES: 

The services provided are mostly overland. They start at 

the time when the customer receives the first service 

provided by our company (always following the border 

and customs formalities), and end when the customer 

receives the last scheduled service (transfer, breakfast, 

or the corresponding service, according to the package 

purchased). We are not responsible for the 

consequences or circumstances arising from services 

that are not provided by our company (flight problems, 

loss of or damage to luggage on flights, problems at 

borders/customs or those relating to documentation, 

etc.). 

REGISTRATION. 

Customers can check the information that on our given 

weblink created exclusively for them at the time of 

confirmation and it can be found on the travel pass 

which confirms their services. We strongly recommend 

that all passengers check the information (to correct 

their names, dates and flights for transfers, etc.). 

CANCELLATIONS: 

We cannot treat any reservation as cancelled while the 

online cancellation has not been completed. The travel 

agent will check the receipt of the definitive cancellation 

that will arrive from us following the online cancellation, 

ensuring that all the details specified are correct. 

The customer may cancel the services requested or 

booked at any time, whereby they are entitled to a 

refund for the amounts paid, but must compensate the 

agency, except in cases of force majeure, as per the 

following: 

The processing costs plus the cost of cancellation, if 

these have been incurred, once the journey has been 

confirmed by us and regardless of the departure date. 

At time of booking confirmation: Euro 150 or equivalent 

in Indian rupee per person. 

No shows at the start, without prior cancellation, will not be 

entitled to any refund (except through force majeure, which 

will be examined on a case by case basis). 

Different cancellation conditions apply for some 

programmes and during particularly difficult dates (fairs, 

periods involving increased hotel booking difficulties). 

The representative operator may, in turn, charge for the 

processing fees that have accrued in accordance with the 

provisions of the law in the country where the sale occurs. 

In the event that the cancellation prior to the trip is 

produced by justified and demonstrable force majeure, only 

the costs of processing and services that cannot be cancelled 

will be charged, as well as the costs that must be absorbed 

by other providers (transfer on arrival, hotel in first city stay 

in the absence of prior notice, etc.). We recommend taking 

out insurance against cancellation in all cases. 

In the event that a customer has to cancel their tour for 

reasons of force majeure, they will be entitled to a refund for 

the proportion of the amount paid/time not used. The 

processing fees and expenses incurred will be charged in all 

cases. In order to calculate this amount, only the services 

provided by us will be taken into account (excluding the 

sections undertaken by air, except on those tours that have 

flights included), and the reimbursement is made on the 

amount charged by us to the tour operator (which is 

therefore subject to a deduction for the commission paid). 

In instances where, following the withdrawal or cancellation 

of any passenger en route, the category of room occupancy 

is reduced (from double to single, or from triple to double), 

the difference in the cost of this, if applicable, will be passed 

on in the amount owed to the customer that has cancelled. 

CHANGES: 

Changes made to a confirmed booking prior to the start of a 

trip and more than 10 days before departure (changes to 

arrival or departure date, change of tour, etc.) are subject to 

a penalty equivalent to the processing fees that are listed in 

the cancellation section.

NON ADMITTANCE OF PASSENGERS. 

A moderate degree of physical health and physical ability 

is required to participate in our tours. In the event of any 

passenger with special physical or mental needs, or in 

cases where a passenger is over 75 years of age is 

travelling alone, we must be informed in writing at the 

time of booking, which will be analysed on a case by case 

basis, and it is possible that we may request a medical 

report. In cases in which the customer accepts the tour, 

we cannot assume any responsibility in relation to the 

difficulty or impossibility that the said passenger may 

encounter in undertaking the activities planned for the 

tour package, nor can they assume any responsibility for 

providing assistance for their adaptation to, or 

continuation of, the trip. No reservations will be 

accepted and we reserve the right to suspend any tour 

for passengers whose physical and/or mental conditions 

make their participation in it very difficult or dangerous 

to themselves or others. We likewise reserve the right to 

exclude passengers who significantly disrupt the smoothrunning 

of the trip. 

DOCUMENTATION: 

All passengers must bring their valid documentation 

(passport, visas, health certificates, etc.), with the 

problems and disadvantages that may arise from noncompliance 

with this norm being their full responsibility. 

The interruption of the services taken out is not 

considered “Cancellation for force majeure” where the 

passenger is not carrying the required documentation or 

in instances where the traveller is denied passage 

through any border for this reason. It should be pointed 

out that we often note that the European border 

authorities often deny transit to passengers who they 

believe have acquired the trip for purposes other than 

tourism (immigrants). We cannot undertake any 

arrangements or make any reimbursement for services 

that cannot be used in such cases. Cancelling a tour 

before it starts due to a rejected visa application is, 

however, considered to be through force majeure 

(provided that this is documented or noted in the 

passport, and that we are notified within 72 hours 

following the refusal). 

GUARANTEED DEPARTURES: 

All our tours have guaranteed departures, although in 

extremely limited cases, it could transpire that we are 

unable to operate a given departure. In this case, and by 

way of compensation, we will provide the same trip on 

an earlier or later date than the one chosen or another 

trip with similar features vis-à-vis duration and route, 

and offer, by way of compensation, a reduction of 50% 

on the value of the aforementioned journey. 

Cancellations of guaranteed departures may arise 

(without compensation or liability on behalf of us) in 

cases of exceptional unforeseen circumstances - among 

others - wartime conflicts, terrorist attacks, natural 

disasters, epidemics and economic circumstances that 

generate a very significant drop in the expected sales. 

THE PRICE INCLUDES: 

On each route, we specify the services included on the trip. 

All the tours also include travel assistance insurance. As a 

general rule, a strictly literal approach must be followed that 

leads to the conclusion that what is not specifically listed as 

included in the tour price is not included in it. 

-Assistance: All our overland routes, unless otherwise noted, 

include the support of accompanying tour guides (English 

speaking) and local guides, if so specified. On some tours the 

service may be provided in English and Spanish. There will be 

no assistance from any guides on additional nights, either at 

the beginning or end of the tour. If the customer undertakes 

a section of a tour, the assistance of the guides begins at the 

moment when the group that constitutes the tour arrives in 

the place where the passenger will join it. 

-Itineraries: All the detailed itineraries can be found on 

weblink that will be shared to you upon confirmation. On 

many routes, there will be a change of coach / guide during 

the tour. 

-Hotels: Full details of the hotels are available in the 

catalogue. While this information is indicative of the 

standard of hotels planned, the final list of hotels that are 

confirmed for the trip can be checked via weblink before the 

start of the tour. The passenger is responsible for all 

damages caused in the hotels / coaches, for injuries caused 

to other passengers and third parties, as well as for fines and 

expenses that we are obliged to pay to the authorities on 

their behalf. 

-Travel Insurance: We take out an insurance policy of travel 

assistance for its passengers. This insurance provides cover 

from the time that the services provided by us commence 

and continue until their completion (not including airline 

services and visa). We cannot assume any liability in cases 

where the insurer considers that the policy does not cover 

the expenses claimed by the traveller, regardless of the 

reason that may lead to such a situation. Kindly check the 

limitations, obligations and exclusions before you start your 

trip. For passengers own safety, we suggest purchasing an 

optional insurance in addition that included which is in the 

tours. 

-Transport: The services provided by us are overland and are 

made by coach, with the size of the vehicle being adapted 

according to the number of passengers. We do not have 

coaches with access ramps for wheelchairs. If the number of 

registered participants on a circuit is very low, in order to 

fulfil our commitment of “Guaranteed Departures”, we may 

provide transport, a private vehicle or minivan driven by our 

guide. Likewise, a section of the trip could be undertaken by 

regular passenger train or bus, in which case, customers will 

not be assisted by an accompanying tour guide. As it is noted 

in the itinerary, on numerous routes, there will be one or 

more changes of coach / guide during the tour. 

- Toilets on coaches: Many coaches do not have a toilet. 

Where toilets are available, travellers are asked to limit its 

use (due to odours and sections where emptying and 

cleaning is difficult). Some coaches are fitted with toilets 

provided on a fee-paying basis (thus allowing free and 

moderate usage).


OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: 

In general, no service that is not detailed as being 

included in the programme, contract or information will 

be provided to the traveller, e.g.: airport taxes, visas, 

taxes to enter or leave a country, tips (which, as 

specified on the travel pass, for some destinations like 

the USA are obligatory and must be paid directly on 

arrival to the driver and/or guide), extras in hotels, 

optional activities, and usually drinks during meals. 

MEETING POINT OR DEPARTURE POINT 

Unless otherwise stated, the starting point for the 

beginning of a tour is the hotel, if this was booked as an 

additional night or as a stop-over or end-point for 

another itinerary. It is very important that travellers 

check the place of departure on their travel pass. No 

shows at that place on the date and time confirmed can 

involve losing the purchased services without any right 

to a refund of the same, with a lack of punctuality 

incurring the same consequences, both at the beginning 

of a tour and during the course of the same. 

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS: 

The prices listed for “Additional Nights” are only valid for 

travellers who purchase tours with us, provided that 

these nights immediately precede or are a direct 

extension of our tour. Given that we have no places 

reserved in hotels for these additional nights, we cannot 

guarantee either the rate (which in periods of high hotel 

occupancy or difficulty may vary), or the hotel that is 

booked, which in many cases will be confirmed at the 

last minute. 

TRANSFER POLICY 

The transfers included for the trip are specified on a tour 

by tour basis. In the event that transfers are included, 

which could be private or shared with other passengers, 

these may be provided from hotel to hotel or from the 

airport in the city where the passenger will join the tour 

to the hotel (or vice versa) at the beginning or end of the 

trip, with the right to the aforementioned transfer being 

lost where the passenger has arranged nights in between 

through a different travel company or where the airport 

/ port is located at a distance of over 40 km. In the event 

that the traveller themselves request a change to this 

service, responsibility for this transfer is linked to the 

correct information on the number of the flight / train / 

hotel, with it being the passenger or travel agent’s 

responsibility, in this case, to pass on this information. 

SHARED BOOKINGS: 

We will accept “shared” bookings for individual travellers on 

all our tours at an additional cost of 35 Euros. No 

reservations will be accepted for sharing on nights that are 

added on to the tours. In cases where a section of the trip is 

taken, shared reservations are accepted only if the length of 

the section includes at least 7 nights in hotels. 

DOUBLE-BED BEDROOMS & TRIPLE ROOMS: 

We cannot guarantee that all the rooms in the hotels will 

have double beds and it is possible that, in some hotels, the 

room will be a twin (two single beds). 

In many hotels there are no triple rooms, with these actually 

being a double room (of one or two beds) with an additional 

bed (which in some cases might be a folding one). The 

conditions and comfort are lower than in the doubles. We do 

not recommend booking triple rooms for three adults; we 

would only suggest this for families travelling with a child. 

LUGGAGE - LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

The luggage allowed for each passenger on our tours is 

limited to a maximum of 30 kg per person. We may refuse to 

accept excessively bulky luggage. We will not accept any 

liability for the loss or theft of luggage occurring at the hotels 

or where bags are left in the hold of the coaches overnight. 

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of 

baggage, money, jewellery, electronic items or valuables, 

even when this occurs in the rooms of the hotels or if the 

items have been deposited in the safe-deposit box. In the 

event that passengers travel with luggage that has a higher 

value than is covered in the included policy, we recommend 

making a declaration for these items before commencing a 

tour and taking out additional insurance. 

EMERGENCY TELEPHONE: 

In the event that an emergency arises during the tour, the 

passenger should go directly to our accompanying tour 

guides. Furthermore, we provide a 24 hour emergency 

telephone service according to the destination country for 

urgent and important matters, which passengers can use, 

and details can be found on their travel pass. Non urgent 

matters will not be dealt with on these calls, and nor will 

they respond to questions that do not relate to emergencies 

en route (reservations, rates, questions about availability, 

etc.).


CHANGES IN PRICES: 

In countries where our catalogues publish the prices for 

European tours in dollars, the published prices have 

been calculated at the rates of exchange prevailing at 

the time that the catalogue was created (November 

2015) and these will not be modified if the average 

monthly comparison in the month before that in which 

the booking was made, for the dollar against the Euro, 

was not less than 1.12 USD / Euro and not more than 

1.28 USD / Euro. In the event of variations above or 

below the specified values, the prices of this manual will 

be altered (increased or decreased) by the same 

proportion. 

PRICES 2017: 

In the event that customers wish to take a trip during 

2017 which start after the dates specified in this 

catalogue, we will uphold the price indicated in this 

brochure if passengers make a firm booking with the 

deposit being received before the 15th of January 2017. 

This booking does not allow changes to the itinerary, 

alterations to the departure date or name changes. 

COMPLAINTS: 

In the event of any breach of the contracted services, we 

request that passengers ask our 

accompanying tour guide or correspondent representative 

for a written note that specifies the aforementioned failure. 

In the event that this is not feasible for one reason or 

another, please let us know as soon as possible about the 

infringement that has been noted so that we can try to find a 

quick solution to the problem. We guarantee that it will 

respond to all written reports and complaints that are 

received within 40 days following the date that the trip is 

completed, directed through the operator that made the 

sale in the country of origin. We will not deal with complaints 

that are received after the date specified, given the difficulty 

of making the appropriate inquiries after a long period of 

time has elapsed. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE - Travel with complete peace of mind. 

All our trips include travel insurance that protects all 

travellers who take a tour with us. Please read the terms and 

conditions and exclusions before your trips starts. The 

insurance cover starts following the traveller’s arrival in 

Europe, along with the commencement of our services, and 

it concludes with the end of the organised tour. The 

insurance does not therefore cover incidents during the 

sections undertaken by air. 

ASSISTANCE: In case of any emergency, it is imperative that 

travellers contact our 24 hour Assistance Centre specifying 

your policy number.
