DAY 01 | ARRIVE CHANDIGARH - SHIMLA (120 KM / APPROX. 3 HOURS DRIVE)
Welcome to your 'Fascinating Himachal with Air- Ex Mumbai’ tour! On arrival, at the airport in Chandigarh,
you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Shimla. En route, visit the Pinjore Garden. Shimla is a
beautiful hill town in the lap of nature, surrounded by pine and deodar forests. The rest of the day is at
leisure. Overnight in Shimla. (EL, D)
Note: Hotels provided will be either in Mashobra or Naldera, which is approx. 20 kms away from Shimla.
DAY 02 | SHIMLA - KUFRI – SHIMLA (23 KM / APPROX. 1 ½ HOUR DRIVE)
This morning, proceed on a wonderful excursion to Kufri. Located at distance of 15 kms from Shimla, Kufri
is well known for its ski slopes and stunning views. Later in the evening, visit the Mall Road which is
considered as the main street in Shimla, Scandal Point the popular tourist spot, Christ Church one of the
first churches built in North India and Lakkar Bazaar known for its wooden toys and articles. Overnight in
Shimla. (B, EL, D)
Note: The vehicle will drop you till the Mall Road as per the Himachal Tourism Policy.
DAY 03 | ON TO MANALI VIA KULLU (270 KM / APPROX. 8 HOURS DRIVE)
This morning, proceed on a breathtaking drive to Manali, nestled on the banks of the River Beas amidst
Kullu Valley. En route drive past through ACC cement factory, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Sutlaj
River, Beas River, Kullu Shawl Factory, where Kullu shawls and Kashimiri salwar - kameez materials are sold
and visit Mata Vaishno Maha Devi Tirth. On arrival, check in to the hotel in Manali. Overnight in Manali. (B,
EL, D)
Note: (Lunch will be served en route in a local restaurant / dhaba). The rest of the evening is at leisure to
relax.
DAY 04 | MANALI
Today after breakfast, proceed to the River side camp to enjoy various adventure activities. Thereafter,
proceed on a city tour of Manali. Visit the Tibetan Monastery which houses several images of Lord Buddha,
Tankha paintings and the Hadimba Devi Temple dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, the wife of Bhim of
Mahabharata. It has a four-tiered Pagoda shaped roof and the doorway is carved with legendary figures
and symbols. Later, continue your drive to Vashist, a small village located on the left bank of river Beas
renowned for its hot springs and temples. Nearby is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashist Muni.
Lastly, proceed to visit the Mall Road. The evening is at leisure to simply relax or explore the city of Manali.

DAY 05 | MANALI
Today after breakfast, proceed to visit Solang Valley and Snow Point / Rohtang Pass. The Rohtang Pass is
open between June and October each year and is the gateway to Lahaul Spiti, Pangi and Leh Valley. If
Rohtang Pass / Snow point is not covered due to unavoidable circumstances we will be visiting Naggar
Castle. Naggar Castle - the charming 15th century stone and wood Castle built in the traditional Himachali
style with alternating stone and timber, is now a heritage hotel run by Himachal Tourism. Post sightseeing,
transfer back to hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure for independent activities. Overnight in
Manali.(B, S, D)

DAY 06 | ON TO CHANDIGARH / ZIRAKPUR (300 KM / APPROX. 9 HOURS DRIVE)
Today, proceed to Chandigarh / Zirakpur. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Note: (Lunch will be served en
route in a local restaurant / dhaba). The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Chandigarh / Zirakpur. (B,

DAY 07 | DEPART CHANDIGARH / ZIRAKPUR
Today, bid farewell to your ‘Fascinating Himachal with Air- Ex Mumbai’ tour, as you are transferred to the
airport in Chandigarh for your onward journey.
