02 WOMEN EMPOWERING CENTRE, CHOWKIT, KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA. The given site is located at the central of Chow Kit, in close proximity to the Chow Kit Monorial Staion. Chow Kit is a district in central Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, known for its vibrant community, markets, as well as a famous tourist area due to its rich history. However, it is still infamous for prostitution, drug addicts and homelessness. The architectural programme proposed aim to create a safe haven for the people who need a helping hand in their living.
