quality ohs environment Avisure has a certified Integrated Management System (IMS) compliant with ISO 19001 (quality), ISO 1400 (environment) and AS/NZS 4801 (occupational health and safety). The IMS is comprised of 10 Business Areas which apply to all the processes and systems in our consulting, field, business development and management activities. Each Business Area has a management system defining how Avisure: Our clients regularly commend Avisure’s quality processes for the readability, accuracy, and error-free nature of our deliverables. The supporting documents such as policy, procedures, work instructions, guidelines and forms are readily available to all personnel via the controlled document drive and updated as per the review schedule. The IMS also establishes minimum requirements for communicating and integrating policy, improvement plans and strategies. It includes methods for documenting and incorporating systems, assessing their effectiveness, and analysing and improving performance. quality ohs environment Measurement and Evaluation Regular audits of our IMS occur in compliance with External Certification audits (AS/NZ 4801, ISO 14001, and ISO 19001) and internal audits in addition to other compliance activities, management reviews, reporting and analyses of data. These audits review and analyse our performance in order to identify existing or emerging trends, measure effectiveness of current standards, and provide direction in the development of improvement plans. We apply the principles of risk management and continual improvement to all audit programs and processes. An external certification body conducts triennial certification audits. These audits identify compliance to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and AS/NZA 4801 (OHS) standards. Interim surveillance audits are conducted on a smaller scale on an annual basis. Avisure has performed to an extremely high level in the certification audits, evidenced by the lack of major or minor non-conformances for the previous two years. Our system has been commended by Lendlease, Broadspectrum, Water Corporation and Vancouver International Airport. 16
