<strong>Leadership</strong> Ladder<br />
Years 7 & 8<br />
One of the core aspects of our school ethos is to promote leadership<br />
at all levels. We aim to build upon the confidence and skills of our<br />
students and encourage them all to actively participate in all of school<br />
life.<br />
Our vision is for all students to develop an awareness and<br />
appreciation of their unique skillset and understand how to play their<br />
strengths and develop areas of weakness.<br />
The aim is for students to learn the importance of the following key<br />

At each level students must complete 8 leadership activities from the<br />
list in order to achieve the award and move onto the next step of the<br />
<strong>ladder</strong>.<br />
