RIVIERA DEL SOL
COSTA DEL SOL
Riviera del Sol is situated between Mijas Costa and
Calahonda. It’s 25 min drive from Malaga airport
and 15 min drive to Marbella.
It consists of several urbanisations for Holiday Rent or
owners who live here permanently. It’s near to the
Highway that goes from Marbella till Algeciras, has a
bus connection on the highway and a local bus
stop, and the location is perfect because it’s right in
the middle between Malaga and Marbella. Close to
the lively Mijas Costa and La Cala, close to Calahonda
and the small marina of Capobino.

There are several small stores, a lot of restaurants, bars, on walking
distance to the rental properties. Riviera del Sol has two small
shopping mall’s with super markets, one of them, in the beginning
of Riviera del Sol is open from 8am till 2am at night!
In the summer, Riviera del Sol is very popular for the closed urbanisations
with swimming pools, the beach and it’s very alive in the
evening and at night. In the winter it’s ideal for people who want
to have a combination of sun and nice temperatures, and quietness.
In Riviera del Sol you have a very
famous tennis school where you
can follow tennis classes, and it’s
near a lot of golf clubs, ideal for
cyclists, or people who like to
walk on the beach side. The new
walking pad at the beach side
brings you to Mijas Costa or further,
or if you want to, even to
Marbella.

In Calahonda, only some minutes away from Riviera,
there are a lot of bars and restaurants, super markets
and the weekly market.
But you don’t have to walk to Calahonda for a
good diner!
Riviera has a lot to offer, from Italian, Chinese, Spanish,
Argentinian till a
trendy and stylish
meal at Max Beach
Club!

URBANISATION
CLUB CARONTE
Casa Andras and Balász is situated in the Urbanisation Club
Caronte in Riviera del Sol, at 800m from the beach, and 5min
walk to the shops and bars. In the summer Club Caronte is very
popular because of it’s location, in the winter it’s nice and quiet
there, excellent to come to rest!
It is only 2 min walk from the tennis school where we offer special
packages, a week tennis lessons combined with an apartment in
Club Caronte. And it’s 5 min walk to the Miraflores golf club.

This apartment is a ground floor, so not too many
steps, with a bit of sea view. It is renewed in July.
New bath rooms, the apartment is painted, new
decoration, terrace furniture, etc.
It’s a bright and colour full apartment that has everything
you need to have a nice holiday or a winter
stay for a couple of weeks.
The swimming pool is closed in the winter from the
end of October till the 1th of April.
This apartment is for 6 people.

linen and covers. No blankets but Nordic duvets.

here are already included a discount of 15%. The
later you book, prices get more expensive.
