Riviera del Sol is situated between Mijas Costa and Calahonda.<br />
It’s 25 min drive from Malaga airport and 15 min drive to Marbella.<br />
It consists of several urbanisations for Holiday Rent or owners who live<br />
here permanently.<br />
It’s near to the Highway that goes from Marbella till Algeciras,<br />
has a bus connection on the highway and a local bus stop, and the<br />
location is perfect because it’s right in the middle between<br />
Malaga and Marbella. Close to the lively Mijas Costa and La Cala,<br />
close to Calahonda and the small marina of Capobino.
There are several small stores, a lot of restaurants, bars, on walking distance to the rental<br />
properties. Riviera del Sol has two small shopping mall’s with super markets, one of them,<br />
in the beginning of Riviera del Sol is open from 8am till 2am at night!<br />
The lovely and popular park is named after Princess Diana, and just across the Shopping<br />
Mall.<br />
In the summer, Riviera del Sol is very popular for the closed urbanisations with swimming<br />
pools, the beach and it’s very alive in the evening and at night. It’s ideal for people who<br />
want to have a combination of sun and nice temperatures, and quietness.<br />
In Riviera del Sol you have a very famous tennis<br />
school where you can follow tennis<br />
classes, and it’s near a lot of golf clubs,<br />
ideal for cyclists, or people who like to walk<br />
on the beach side. The new walking pad<br />
at the beach side brings you to Mijas Costa<br />
or further, or if you want to, even to Marbella.
In Calahonda, only some minutes away from Riviera, there are a lot<br />
of bars and restaurants, super markets and the weekly market.<br />
But you don’t have to walk to Calahonda for a good diner!<br />
Riviera has a lot to offer, from Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Argentinian till<br />
a trendy and stylish meal at Max Beach Club!<br />
Try La Rocca Grill in the Calle Orion, at the end of the street of<br />
Club Caronte, or La Plaza, the Italian restaurant in the Shopping Mall.<br />
David’s Bar offers you a combination of a good drink, service, music and<br />
sports TV, from noon till the morning hours!

Casa Agneta is situated in the Urbanisation Club Caronte in<br />
Riviera del Sol, at 800m from the beach, and 5min walk to<br />
the shops and bars.<br />
In the summer Club Caronte is very popular for it’s location,<br />
in the winter it’s nice and quiet there, excellent to come to rest!<br />
It is only 2 min walk from the tennis school where we offer special<br />
packages, a week tennis lessons combined with an apartment<br />
in Club Caronte. And it’s 5 min walk to the Miraflores golf
This apartment is a top floor, so beautiful panoramic and sea view. It is renewed<br />
in November. The apartment has some new furniture and decoration,<br />
terrace furniture, etc.<br />
The terrace is on the sunny side of the urbanisation, so sun practically all<br />
day, what is nice in the winter.<br />
There is a lot of free parking space on the street, close to the apartment.<br />
It’s a bright and stylish apartment that has everything you need to have a<br />
nice holiday or a winter stay for a couple of weeks.<br />
The swimming pool is closed in the winter from the end of October till the<br />
1th of April. There is also a children’s pool.<br />
This apartment is for 6 people.
