ADJUSTED HD STRATEGY<br />
In alignment with the release of Metalsa Vision 2025, as well as the organizational<br />
and cultural challenges that its enablement implies, last<br />
December the HD & IT Leadership Team worked in adjusting the HD<br />
Strategy to this new reality.<br />
In essence, our Mission and Vision remains, as well as the spirit of our<br />
strategic drivers, most of the initiatives from 2017 are going to be continued,<br />
although the sequence of them in some cases changes or new initiatives<br />
are being proposed.
