CONTEXT<br />
Some time ago, Metalsa designed and communicated its<br />
STAR STRATEGY that clearly identifies five strategic business<br />
drivers to align the efforts of all the company in order to face<br />
the challenges that have been relevant to this day and<br />
succeed in the market.<br />
This was the driver to align our function by<br />
