Reach a new level of perfection with
Redrow’s Severn Heights development
Situated just a stone’s throw away from Lydney town centre, Redrow’s Severn Heights development
offers the best of both worlds for work and leisure, with convenient transport links and the ancient woodlands
of the Forest of Dean nearby.
Severn Heights boasts a selection of three and fourbedroom
family homes handpicked from Redrow’s
popular Heritage Collection. All of the properties
offer future residents the perfect blend of classic
architecture and modern, family friendly interiors.
With the picturesque city of Gloucester just a short
drive away, Severn Heights benefits from the charm
of village life with all the convenience of a number of
cities within easy reach. Gloucester is well-known for its
range of quirky independent shops and has four distinct
shopping quarters to choose from.
Residents will also find a wide variety of local
amenities around Lydney High Street and will be spoilt
for choice when it comes to finding fantastic cuisine
right on their doorstep. For leisure facilities, the town
has its own golf club, along with an excellent choice of
pitches and courts, a new gym and swimming pool.
The development is ideally located for commuters
and has exceptional road links to Gloucester and the M4
motorway for those working further afield. Chepstow is
located just 9 miles from the development and Bristol
around 27 miles. For those who love the great outdoors
the Forest of Dean is just 8 miles away and for flights, Cardiff
and Bristol Airport can be reached in under an hour.
Severn Heights sits within the catchment area of
several highly respected primary and secondary schools,
meaning children won’t have to travel far to access good
quality education. For younger children, there’s a choice
between Severnbanks Primary School and Lydney CofE
Primary and older pupils will find The Dean Academy an
excellent school for preparing them for higher education.
Kate Lacey, Area Sales Manager of Redrow Homes
South Wales, said: “We’re very excited to be offering
so many family homes in such a beautiful location.
This development is proving incredibly popular with
house hunters and with the Forest of Dean right on
its doorstep and multiple cities just beyond, it is in
a perfect position for families to enjoy the naturally
beautiful countryside whilst remaining close to the
hustle and bustle of urban life.”
“We have now sold all of the homes on the first
phase of the development and have launched the second
phase, so encourage anyone who is interested to get in
touch as soon as possible.”
The Sales Office at Severn Heights is open Tuesday-
Sunday, 10am-5.30pm and Mondays, 11am-5.30pm.
