Swim Lessons - Adult / Swim<br />

For individuals who have never had swim lessons or are<br />
uncomfortable around water. Students develop comfort with<br />
underwater exploration and learn to safely exit the water<br />
unassisted. In this stage the student will progress to swimming<br />
longer distances up to 15 feet unassisted without a flotation<br />
device. Other skills learned include directional changes, body<br />
positioning, and rhythmic breathing.<br />

Parent/Child Stage A/B: Water Discovery<br />
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday<br />

Accompanied by a parent and/or caregiver, infants and toddlers<br />
learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness<br />
skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while<br />
parents and/or caregiver learn about water safety, drowning<br />
prevention, and the importance of supervision.<br />
