TRASH COLLECTION DAYS<br />
Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursday except for public holidays<br />
(Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July<br />
4 th ). On those days, trash will be collected on the next regular collection day.<br />
Please wait until collection day to leave your trash on the curb. There have<br />
been complaints that trash is being left on the curb for several days. Also,<br />
please remember that trashcans should be placed out of sight after pickup.<br />

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE<br />
Before you begin any changes to your property (new fence, roof, paint,<br />
patio cover, hard landscape, etc.), an application needs to be submitted to<br />
the Architectural Control Committee for pre-approval.<br />

GENTLE REMINDER ABOUT PETS<br />
ALL pets should be kept on a leash when not on your secured property.<br />
Make sure all fences are in good condition and be courteous to other<br />
walkers. We have not been notified of any serious incidents in quite a<br />
while, so let’s keep it that way.<br />

Need we say more … We continue to receive complaints about residents<br />
having to clean up after a neighbor’s dog has left a message on their lawn.<br />
Please remember to carry a poop bag with you when taking Fido for a<br />
