Load control:
• Current to both AC and DC loads is measured by
Steca PA HS400 current sensor. Therefore an SOC
calculation is possible by the Steca Tarom MPPT
6000-M. Load current consumption is also stored
in the Steca Tarom MPPT 6000-M datalogger, and
if desired, on a MicroSD card.

• Disconnection of DC loads via an AUX contact on
the Steca Tarom MPPT 6000-M and Steca PA EV200
DC relay when battery SOC is low (battery deep-discharge
protection).

• The Steca Solarix PI inverter turns off dynamically
depending on the battery voltage and its AC load,
it does not need to be controlled by the Steca PA
EV200 DC relay.

Steca Tarom MPPT 6000-M
SOC, Xtender inverter and generator control
Energy priorities:
1. PV power
2. The generator is automatically started via an AUX
contact on the Steca Tarom MPPT 6000-M when
the battery SOC is low. The battery is charged by
the generator via the Xtender and feeds AC loads
directly while running.
Note:
The Steca PA HS400 bidirectional current sensor
sends current data to the Steca Tarom MPPT 6000-M,
allowing the SOC calculation and comprehensive
datalogging.
