Samuel P. & Michael D. Spoleta first set out<br />
to be — an honest and reliable contractor.<br />
The company was founded by family patriarch Samuel P. Spoleta and<br />
son Michael D. Spoleta in 1958. A fourth-generation family owned and<br />
operated company, Spoleta Construction is one of the most seasoned<br />
full-service general contractors working throughout the Northeast.<br />
Today we proudly own almost 3 million square feet of industrial, office,<br />
multi-family, medical and retail development throughout Upstate New<br />
York. With great appreciation for our clients, and honor to have served<br />
the communities we’ve reached, we share our portfolio of work<br />
displaying our past, present, and future.
