Morgana Optical - a little pink building<br />
nestled at the base of the Dolomites<br />
- consists of 12 craftspeople who are<br />
responsible for the majority of our<br />
production process. The tiny village of<br />
Segusino, in the Provice of Treviso,is<br />
a short drive from Venice, boasting<br />
2,000 residents and some of the best<br />
mountain views in the region.<br />

lucky that we get to visit their beautiful<br />

Eyeglasses and Sunglasses<br />
Morgana owner, Ermanno Stramare,<br />
prides his factory on being a family<br />
business, with both his son and<br />
wife working hands-on with frames<br />
everyday.<br />
The 24 hands at Morgana are<br />
responsible for cutting acetate,<br />
milling the frame front and temples,<br />
and tumbling the frames for a week.<br />
Every hinge is hand-riveted, each<br />
edge hand-sanded, and each frame<br />
