Gary and the <strong>Ambience</strong> team made our day truly special. Gary<br />
wasn't just out caterer he ended up being our wedding advisor<br />
as well! When ever we meet up to discuss the food for the day<br />
he would always ask us questions about the running of the day<br />
and logistics? He then offered advice and support to make our<br />
day run smoother. The little details that were key to making the<br />
day special he ensured were completed to top quality. We<br />
wanted something unique and not on his website but he was<br />
happy to cater for it. His staff were well mannered, professional<br />
and always willing to help. Gary was pivotal to making our day<br />
