Set Up –Day Before<br />
We will meet with you to receive all table decorations, set up a single table together, name cards to match<br />
table plan & confirm order of the day<br />
<strong>Wedding</strong> Day<br />
The By <strong>Ambience</strong> team will arrive early to set up- kitchen, tables, chairs & linen<br />
The <strong>Ambience</strong> Service team will place table centres and other decorations<br />
Lay tables with cutlery, crockery and glassware to match with the menu selection<br />
Guests will arrive followed by the Bride and Groom<br />
<strong>Wedding</strong> Time Line<br />
Traditional Day<br />
Canapés and Champagne to be served on arrival during photography, Bride and Groom to go and have<br />
personal photo’s done.<br />
Mineral water and selection of wines delivered to tables<br />
Guests to be seated<br />
The Bride & Groom to be introduced to there reception as agreed, prior to the day & escorted to there seats<br />
<strong>Wedding</strong> Breakfast Served- as per your request.<br />
Champagne/Toasting Drinks served to the tables<br />
All speeches to take place (Father of the Bride, Groom and Best Man)<br />
