Catering Manager
Ash has been involved in the catering industry for a number of
years, gaining experience in high-end hotels, fine dining restaurants
and big brand operations. Ash has been awarded the Master Chefs
of Great Britain advance training diploma and was lucky enough to
have a two week trip to the highly acclaimed Johnson and Wales
University of Charlotte, USA. Ash brings from his experience an
individual flare to all the By Ambience menus and dishes.
Dryden Mitchell Events Manager
Dryden has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and
catering industry, from working in five star hotel restaurants to
catering for large scale events. He has worked on the past three
Olympic Games in Various Food & Beverage Management Roles.
Dryden has a deep passion for working in the event industry which
is reflected in his dedication, energy and enthusiasm.
