This is 22nd Century Media’s All-Area team: Team 22. Thanks to help from area<br />
coaches and the eyes of 22nd Century Media staff, the best players were selected<br />
from 10 high schools in our coverage area — New Trier (<strong>NT</strong>), Loyola Academy (LA),<br />
Glenbrook North (GBN), Glenbrook South (GBS), Highland Park (HP), Lake Forest (LF),<br />
Lake Forest Academy (LFA), North Shore Country Day School (NSCDS), Woodlands<br />
Academy (WA) and Regina Dominican (RD).<br />

Addie Budnik – HP sophomore<br />
• 16 ppg, 12 rpg, 6 bpg; As a<br />
freshman, Budnik was named to Team<br />
22’s Second Team. This year, she<br />
proved to be a force on both ends of<br />
the court and made her jump to First<br />
Team.<br />
Lilly Wehman – LA senior<br />
• 7.9 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 1.7 bpg; The<br />
Georgetown commit became the<br />
school’s all-time blocks leader this<br />
season and averaged one full block<br />
more than any of her teammates.<br />
F: Kristin Ralston – GBS junior<br />
• 11.4 ppg, 5.6 rpg; Ralston was<br />
named to the CSL All-Conference<br />
team and shot 62 percent from the<br />
field.<br />
F: Morgan Paull — GBN senior<br />
• 13.2 ppg, 6 rpg; Having two varsity<br />
seasons under her belt, Paull shot<br />
48.7 percent from the field and<br />
averaged 1.7 steals a game to solidify<br />
herself as an all-around threat.<br />
G: Celia Satter – LA junior<br />
• 11.4 ppg, 4.5 rpg; Satter proved<br />
to be a scoring machine for the<br />
Ramblers. She shot 31.1 percent from<br />
3-point range and was solid at the<br />
line, shooting 70.7 percent.<br />
G: Sydney Ignoffo – HP junior<br />
• 18 ppg, 2 apg; Ignoffo was<br />
aggressive, not only toward the<br />
basket; she also served as a<br />
playmaker for the Giants. Ignoffo and<br />
Budnik worked well together for HP.<br />
G: Lizzy Shaw – GBS senior<br />
• 8.9 ppg, 1.9 spg; Shaw was named<br />
to the CSL All-Conference team for her<br />
all-around effort to help her team.<br />
Honorable mentions:<br />
Cate Murdock – <strong>NT</strong> senior<br />
• 10.6 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 3.0 apg, 2.0 spg;<br />
Murdock has been a prominent figure<br />
on the Trevians’ team as a senior<br />
leader this season. She was named<br />
the Central Suburban League South’s<br />
Most Valuable Player.<br />
Julia Martinez – LA junior<br />
• 9.9 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 6.7 apg, 2.8 spg.<br />
For the second year in a row, Martinez<br />
was named to 22CM’s First Team. The<br />
junior set a new school record for the<br />
Ramblers with the most career assists<br />
and has more than 540 in career.<br />
Halle Douglass – LF sophomore<br />
• 11 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 5.1 apg; Douglass<br />
was another name on the CSL All-<br />
Conference team this season. As the<br />
Scouts go-to point guard, she helped<br />
her team achieve a 22-10 overall<br />
record and set a school record of<br />
assists (163) during the season.<br />
