This is 22nd Century Media’s All-Area team: Team 22. Thanks to help from area
coaches and the eyes of 22nd Century Media staff, the best players were selected
from 10 high schools in our coverage area — New Trier (NT), Loyola Academy (LA),
Glenbrook North (GBN), Glenbrook South (GBS), Highland Park (HP), Lake Forest (LF),
Lake Forest Academy (LFA), North Shore Country Day School (NSCDS), Woodlands
Academy (WA) and Regina Dominican (RD).

Addie Budnik – HP sophomore
• 16 ppg, 12 rpg, 6 bpg; As a
freshman, Budnik was named to Team
22’s Second Team. This year, she
proved to be a force on both ends of
the court and made her jump to First
Team.
Lilly Wehman – LA senior
• 7.9 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 1.7 bpg; The
Georgetown commit became the
school’s all-time blocks leader this
season and averaged one full block
more than any of her teammates.
F: Kristin Ralston – GBS junior
• 11.4 ppg, 5.6 rpg; Ralston was
named to the CSL All-Conference
team and shot 62 percent from the
field.
F: Morgan Paull — GBN senior
• 13.2 ppg, 6 rpg; Having two varsity
seasons under her belt, Paull shot
48.7 percent from the field and
averaged 1.7 steals a game to solidify
herself as an all-around threat.
G: Celia Satter – LA junior
• 11.4 ppg, 4.5 rpg; Satter proved
to be a scoring machine for the
Ramblers. She shot 31.1 percent from
3-point range and was solid at the
line, shooting 70.7 percent.
G: Sydney Ignoffo – HP junior
• 18 ppg, 2 apg; Ignoffo was
aggressive, not only toward the
basket; she also served as a
playmaker for the Giants. Ignoffo and
Budnik worked well together for HP.
G: Lizzy Shaw – GBS senior
• 8.9 ppg, 1.9 spg; Shaw was named
to the CSL All-Conference team for her
all-around effort to help her team.
Honorable mentions:
Cate Murdock – NT senior
• 10.6 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 3.0 apg, 2.0 spg;
Murdock has been a prominent figure
on the Trevians’ team as a senior
leader this season. She was named
the Central Suburban League South’s
Most Valuable Player.
Julia Martinez – LA junior
• 9.9 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 6.7 apg, 2.8 spg.
For the second year in a row, Martinez
was named to 22CM’s First Team. The
junior set a new school record for the
Ramblers with the most career assists
and has more than 540 in career.
Halle Douglass – LF sophomore
• 11 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 5.1 apg; Douglass
was another name on the CSL All-
Conference team this season. As the
Scouts go-to point guard, she helped
her team achieve a 22-10 overall
record and set a school record of
assists (163) during the season.
