Support for Mozilla Firefox 3.6 and later<br />
<strong>eRoom</strong> 7.4.3a introduces plug-in support for Mozilla Firefox 3.6 and later, enabling rich text editing,<br />
desktop drag and drop, and MS Outlook synchronization for the most recent Firefox releases.<br />
Download and install the plug-in manually, since the plug-in will not be installed automatically on<br />
Firefox. Restart the Firefox session once the manual installation of the plug-in is complete. Once the<br />
plug-in is installed, login into <strong>eRoom</strong>. In the My member info tab, enable the “Use <strong>eRoom</strong> plug-in<br />
software” option to be able to use the plug-in.<br />
Updated script for <strong>eRoom</strong> client plug-in<br />
Customers with previously supported versions of <strong>eRoom</strong> who want to deploy the <strong>eRoom</strong><br />
7.4.3a plug-in need to replace the ClientScript.js file in their current <strong>eRoom</strong> deployment to<br />
support the Mozilla Firefox 3.6 browser. Refer to Support Note esg116892 in the following link:<br />

Note: The Internet Explorer plug-in will work even without this change.<br />

Certification with Windows 7<br />
<strong>eRoom</strong> 7.4.3 is certified to work with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7. To use the <strong>eRoom</strong><br />
plug-in on the 64-bit version of Windows 7, you must utilize the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer 8.<br />
Note: The 32-bit version of Internet Explorer 8 is provided by Microsoft as the default browser<br />
for the 64-bit version of Windows 7.<br />
The unread marker in My <strong>eRoom</strong>s page is removed<br />
<strong>eRoom</strong> 7.4.3 introduces a change in behavior on the My <strong>eRoom</strong>s page. The unread marker displayed<br />
for each room listed in the Active <strong>eRoom</strong>s list in the My <strong>eRoom</strong>s page has been removed to avoid<br />
high memory consumption in the <strong>eRoom</strong> server. You can configure the unread marker to appear on<br />
