Orders placed via our website will receive a 2% discount, and setup fees will<br />

be waived. Submit art at time of order placement for faster order processing.<br />

Faxed orders are accepted as original orders. Any written<br />

confirmation of a faxed order must be marked "CONFIRMATION<br />

OF FAX – DO NOT DUPLICATE" to avoid duplicate orders.<br />

HARDWARE-ONLY ORDERS<br />

Most hardware-only orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central will ship<br />

the same day (subject to capacity and inventory levels). Customer Care<br />

will inform you of any shipment delays at the time of ordering.<br />

IMPRINTED PRODUCTS<br />

Refer to the product's production lead time. See<br />

the DEFINITIONS section for details.<br />

CREDIT/PAYMENT TERMS<br />

All orders must be prepaid until credit terms are established. We<br />

accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. All new<br />

customers are required to prepay their first order. Credit application<br />

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS<br />

No graphic or product manufacturing changes will be accepted after<br />

final proof approval. Customer is responsible for all labor and material<br />

costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly.<br />

SHIPPING<br />

MULTIPLE DROP-SHIP ADDRESSES OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS<br />

A $5.00(G) fee will be added for each additional address, plus all applicable<br />

shipping and handling. Contact Customer Care for the formal drop-ship address<br />

document to complete. Additional fees may apply depending on the request.<br />

SHIPPING<br />

Visit our website for shipping information and packing dimensions. All printed<br />

products ship F.O.B. Ramsey, MN 55303. Special shipping and pricing guidelines<br />

apply to oversized products to ensure product is delivered intact and on time.<br />

RETURN POLICY<br />

CLAIMS/RETURNS<br />

Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within five days of<br />

receipt of merchandise. We reserve the right to not honor any claims<br />

not reported within five days. Returns will not be accepted after 90<br />

days and cannot be returned without prior authorization from our factory.<br />

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact Customer<br />

Care for additional processing information about claims or returns.<br />

SUBSTITUTIONS<br />

Due to unavoidable style modifications and enhancements to the<br />

products within this catalog, we may need to substitute a product<br />

with a similar item of comparable cost and style. We reserve the right<br />

to withdraw any product offering without prior notification.<br />

DEFINITIONS<br />

SETUP FEE - $20.00(G)<br />

The setup fee represents all costs of preparing process-ready artwork for<br />

production, as well as email proofing and two years of archival storage. There<br />

is no setup fee when referencing a previous order within two years of<br />

order placement, for the same item using exact previous artwork.<br />

This setup fee will not be applied to orders placed via our website.<br />

PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES<br />

A production lead time is the amount of time it takes our factory to produce<br />

a finished product once final proof approval is received. Production lead<br />

times are listed for each product on their respective catalog pages and<br />

are subject to capacity and inventory levels. Your order will be scheduled<br />

within our production lead times or with rush service as requested to<br />

meet a required in-hands date. The factory reserves the right to adjust<br />

lead times. Customers will be contacted regarding affected orders.<br />

Production begins upon receipt of:<br />

• Complete purchase order<br />

• Payment/credit approval<br />

• Production-ready artwork<br />

• Final proof approval<br />

Your order will ship on or before the scheduled ship date via<br />

the freight method requested on the purchase order.<br />

QUICK SHIP – 24-HOUR OR 48-HOUR<br />

Completed purchase order, payment and productionready<br />

artwork must be received by 5:00 p.m.<br />

Central. Orders must be placed via our website. Established credit terms or<br />

credit card payment will be due at the time of order placement. Quick Ship<br />

item numbers must be used when placing orders for this program. Order<br />

drop ships from factory on the next business day (24-Hour Quick Ship) or<br />

within two business days (48-Hour Quick Ship) via UPS or FedEx only.<br />

• Proofs are not available; accuracy of the artwork<br />

is the customer's responsibility<br />

• Our factory will not be held responsible for any delays in the shipment<br />

due to discrepancies with the artwork and/or purchase order<br />

• Virtual samples and design services are not available<br />

• Quick Ship items cannot be combined with items that<br />

have regular lead times on any purchase order<br />

• Artwork setup fee is included in the price<br />

• Maximum quantity per order per day, indicated by end-column quantity<br />

• This program is subject to availability<br />

RUSH CHARGES/FEES<br />

For products not included in our Quick Ship program, rush service is<br />

available; this requires a prior approval by Customer Care. All documents<br />

received after 12:00 p.m. Central will be counted as received on<br />

the next business day. Same-day service is not available.<br />

Standard rush charges:<br />

Subtract one business day from product lead time = $75.00(G)<br />

Subtract two business days from product lead time = $125.00(G)<br />

WARRANTY<br />

All of our products are designed to be cost effective and durable. Unless<br />

otherwise stated on the product's catalog page, standard hardware warranty<br />

is a one-year parts and labor warranty, which warrants product against<br />

defects in material or workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage<br />

due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be<br />

defective will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of our factory.<br />

TRADEMARKS<br />

By submitting artwork to our factory, the customer assumes full<br />

responsibility for its use. Our factory will not be held responsible for<br />

submitted artwork that violates applicable laws or restrictions.<br />
