We have now moved our clocks<br />
forward for more sunshine in the<br />
afternoons and early evening.<br />
Everyone that I talk to, are wishing<br />
for a beautiful quick spring and early<br />
summer to enjoy all of the outdoor<br />
activities that we have available<br />

THE MARKET REPORT:<br />
There are 39 homes for sale in Seven Lakes North,<br />
South and West combined.<br />
There are currently 42 homes on the market in Seven Lakes<br />
North, South and West.<br />
There are 11 homes pending and 97 homes have sold<br />
in the past 6 months (7/1/2017 -1/1/2018).<br />
With 16 pending and 8 sold in the past 30 days, that is<br />
less than 2 months worth of inventory!<br />
The median sale price over the past 6 months<br />
was $255,000. (down $9,000 from the last<br />
report) and median days on the market 123 (up 3<br />
days from the last report).<br />
