will perform a credit check. If<br />

a renter’s credit check is<br />

favorable, the renter will only<br />

be responsible for half the<br />

deposit. If an owner’s credit<br />

check is favorable, the deposit<br />

may be waived. After three<br />

years of excellent credit,<br />

water and sewer deposits can<br />

to download the recycling<br />

directory.<br />

<strong>Brevard</strong> <strong>County</strong> residents with<br />

curbside service can request a<br />

recycling bin. In Rockledge,<br />

parts of the county, 321-636-<br />

6894 or 321-723-4455. Bins<br />

must be placed by the curb<br />

before 6 a.m.<br />

The Reusable Resources<br />

Adventure Center accepts<br />

items such as paper, wood,<br />

fabric and plastic to recycle<br />

into children’s art projects.<br />
