ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
April is now upon us and we are once again closing in on our all-important Annual General Meeting. This meeting is your
opportunity to meet your current Board members and to cast your vote for candidates to fill two positions on the Board
as the terms of both President Katy Hall and Dave Ellis are expiring this year. Katy will be retiring from the Board but Dave
is prepared to serve a further term if reelected. All owners of record will be receiving by mail the official notification in
accordance with our Bylaws. This notification will also include a proxy/absentee ballot form for the use of anyone who is
unable to attend the meeting in person. You may use this form to vote for a candidate or to assign your vote to another
person who you choose to vote on your behalf or you can forego your vote and submit your proxy for quorum purposes only.
In order to conduct the meeting we must have a quorum of our members so it is very important that if you cannot attend
in person that you complete and submit your completed proxy/absentee ballot form in accordance with the instructions
that will be included in the package. This meeting will be held in the clubhouse at 1602 Hoyt Lane on Tuesday, April 17 th .
It will begin promptly at 7 PM following a 30-minute registration period.
