Now I think I know why. Let me explain: two weeks ago, I was invited to teach in an MBA course here in Ribeirão Preto, when I received this invitation, the first thing that I asked was: what topic will I teach? Why? Since I finished my master degree, many people have asked me if I wanted to work as a teacher and teach classes and I've always answered this question saying: - Yes, I want to teach, but only about things that I like, because one thing that I could perceive during my master degree was that when the teachers do not like what they talk about, it is terrible. This way, after I received the answer about the topic that I needed to teach, I accepted it, because it was about the risks in financial operations and risk-based auditing, and I like this topic, because I worked with this in the past and I'm an accountant. After I finished my two classes and received a good feedback by the students, I could confirm what I thought: that it's better when the teachers like what they talk about. Then I could understand why the classes at The House school are so good. All the teachers that I have contact with like English and because of this, each one has a different way of achieving their targets, which is to explain some questions that students have in a good and funny way. And this was the way that I could ensure one class where I planned something and the opposite happened. I know that sometimes it is not possible to do what you like, but try doing it when you think about your work and you will probably do the best, and this is perceptible. I've found mindfulness about a year ago and it's helping me a lot, since I started it, I feel better in various aspects of my life, like sleeping better, having control over my emotions, my day is more productive and less stressful now. Everything changed because I've changed. Anyway, what is Mindfulness? The name suggests that the mind is fully attending to what's happening. According to mindful.org, it's the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us. I t m e a n s k e e p i n g a m o m e n t - b y - m o m e n t awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and s u r r o n d i n g enviroment without a judgement, a state that can be developed t h r o u g h t h e p r a c t i c e o f meditation. Anyone can do it! Only a few minutes a day is necessary; in the beginning, it's hard to keep your mind calm, but after some exercises it'll come to you very easily. Mindfulness is not a religion, and doesn't require anyone to change their beliefs. Further new scientific researches show the physical and mental b e n e f i t s o f M i n d f u l n e s s Meditation.

One of the most popular sports in the US One of the most popular sports in the US Although the game was invented by a Canadian physical educator, it became very popular in the 20th century in the USA. The game, which is played between two teams with 5 players each one, has, as the main goal, to shoot the ball by using the hands into a basket to score either 2 or 3 points. It is divided into 4 quarters of 12 minutes each one. Furthermore, the players cannot step on the court lines border while touching the ball. And also, if some player commits more than 5 personal faults he is automatically out of the match. That amazing sport is Basketball. My relationship with it started when I was 14 years old, and from there to here, I became an addict, playing this game with my colleagues. My favorite player is the biggest genius ever, named Michael Jordan. He inspired me, and I used to dream watching an NBA match there in the US. Many years later I got that opportunity and joined in the match between Orlando Magic versus Miami Heat in Miami, US. I may say that it was more than a game: it was an extremely exciting show, due to the vibe feelings someone may feel there.
