Italy is famous for its pasta. Spaghetti,<br />

common: they are made from a simple,<br />

flour-based mixture. Emilia Romagna is<br />

the queen of fresh egg pasta. We call it<br />

“sfoglia”. Its softness perfectly embraces<br />
