Paul Wehage: Carillon Prelude for piano Piano Solo - Intermediate Composed by Paul Wehage. 21st
Century, Repertoire, Recital. Score. 6 pages. Published by Musik Fabrik (S0.195745). Item Number:
S0.195745 Carillon Prelude began as my New Year's greeting for 2009. The composer Carson Cooman
suggested that I expand the postcard-sized piece into a longer work. The work is dedicated to him in
thanks. The opening marcato figure alternates with a more songlike motive, with a continuous
sixteenth note movement in the left hand. The pianist should strive for a bell-like sound, especially in
the longer notes of the bass line?
A Star Filled Night Marching Band - Intermediate Arranged by Aaron Graf. Score, Set of Parts. 59
pages. Published by Aaron Graf (S0.278523). Item Number: S0.278523 This marching show is perfect
for night time hence it's name 'A Star Filled Night'. Not only is this a lovely sounding marching show,
it is also a sort of Christmas like show. The sound of sleigh bells is what makes it have a Christmas
feeling. Selections included - "Into the Silent Night" - For King & Country "Heaven Everywhere" -
Francesca Battistelli "To The Moon (For River)" - Kan Gao "A Tender Feeling" - Yuki Kajiura Audio
The noted French harpist's only known composition. Written as part of a collection of sight-reading
during the WWI years, this intermediate-level work is a charming addition to the harp repertoire.
