Engaging your staff How your Business can Support the Hollie Gazzard Trust We have created a full range of amazing opportunities for businesses to get involved with our charity. We have ensured that every company can support the inspirational work we do every day, regardless of their size! We will of course, fully support you in return through online marketing, Hollie Gazzard merchandise and even forming great ideas to fundraise! Throughout the year your employees will be invited to attend, support and participate in the events that are organised by the Trust. They are also welcome to become official Hollie Helpers who are volunteers of the Trust. We will send you a fund-raising pack to give your ideas on how to raise money for the charity, including events such as cake sales, charity auctions, dinner and dances, arrange walks and participate in runs. Donations tins can be placed at your premises along with Hollie Gazzard merchandise available for people to buy. Any event or activities that you arrange we will help you promote, through our website, Hollie Gazzette and social media channels. We can also set up and arrange Payroll giving, where employees can donate monthly through their salary. For example, if you donate £10, only £8 comes out of your salary and the taxman pays the rest. Or if you're on a higher tax rate (40%), only £6 comes out of your salary and the taxman pays the rest. Marketing We will add a page to our website, detailing your involvement with the Trust, along with a description of your business and link through to your website. On average, the Trust receives over 10,000 unique visitors to the website each month. Your business can feature in our Bi-monthly Hollie Gazzette, which has over 3,000 subscribers. We will also support you monthly on social media, we have over 21,000 Facebook followers, 5,000 Twitter followers and 5,000 Instagram followers. www.holliegazzard.org
Charity of the Year—MAIN SPONSOR To commit to fund raising or donate £10,000 to the Hollie Gazzard Trust throughout a <strong>12</strong>-month period. Your donations will be spread carefully across all the causes that the Hollie Gazzard Trust fund. We will send you a detailed annual report of how and where your donations are spent to share with your employees, partners and share-holders. On agreement that the Hollie Gazzard Trust has become your chosen Charity of the Year, we will carry out the following: • Official unveiling ceremony with press release and coverage in local press and online • Online Marketing campaign promoting you as our main sponsor • A video record of all the fund-raising activities. • Presentation to employees on the work that the Hollie Gazzard Trust undertakes • Quarterly updates on the Trust and our partners • Framed certificate |Funding raising packs | Hollie Helper <strong>Pack</strong> | Collecting tins and buckets • Official Merchandise which include Hollie bands, Hollie Hearts and pens to sell • The Working Without Fear programme will be rolled out to your business creating an environment of support at work. Charity of the Year We would love you to select us as your Charity of the year and raise whatever amount you can for us. Every pound raised is essential to us - £400 will mean that a teenager can attend a Crush course. We will send you a detailed annual report of how and where your donations are spent to share with the public, your employees, partners and share-holders. On agreement that the Hollie Gazzard Trust has become your chosen Charity of the Year, we will carry out the following: • Official unveiling ceremony with press release and coverage in press and online • Framed certificate | Funding raising packs | Hollie Helper packs • Full marketing support with the use of our social media channels and website • Official Merchandise which include Hollie bands, Hollie Hearts, pens and collecting tins www.holliegazzard.org
