raising monies for local housing related

Tournament is back and promises to be

Below, please find the Team Entry and
Sponsor Forms for our upcoming charity
golf tournament. We are hoping to once
again have a full field of players and
sponsors. As you may know our Foundation
is a 501c3 Non-Profit Charity and
all procedures from the tournament and
100% of all sponsor money goes directly
to the local housing related charities.
With your help and participation we are
hoping to have a full field of players and
sponsors and another outstanding and
For the golfers we will once again have
three flights of winners and closest to the
pin and longest drive for men, ladies and
seniors. We will additionally have our
raffle and other contest on the course.
We are very grateful for all of our sponsors.
Any and all levels of sponsorship
are appreciated. In addition to cash sponsors
we are in need of items for Raffle
Prizes and items for the golfers’ goody
bags.
