Desert Ridge ® Parents’ Group (DRPG)<br />
The Desert Ridge® Parents’ Group (DRPG) is a fun-filled organization for parents and children in the<br />
North phoenix area. All families in the Desert Ridge® community are invited to check out our activities<br />
and events! Founded in 1997, the not-for-profit Desert Ridge® Parents’ Group (DRPG) hosts weekly<br />
playgroups, monthly kids’ and family activities, seasonal events and parents-only nights for residents in<br />
desert Ridge and surrounding areas. Membership dues are only $30 per year.<br />
Philanthropy During the Holidays<br />

Philanthropy is one of Desert Ridge<br />
Parents’ Group favorite ways to support our<br />
community! In addition to various annual<br />
philanthropic events throughout the year,<br />
during the Holidays, we “adopt” a local<br />
family to give presents and gift cards to!<br />
This year we were overwhelmed with the<br />
generosity of our members. We received so<br />
many donations that we adopted 3 families<br />
this year!!! We were able to give each<br />
member of our families a new outfit, new<br />
pajamas, a filed stocking, and 2 surprise<br />
presents. We also gave each family grocery<br />
and department store gift cards. All of our<br />
“adopted” families were grateful and shocked<br />
when we delivered the gifts! It warms our<br />
hearts to make a positive impact on our<br />
community in any way that we can!<br />
In addition to our Philanthropy, we do<br />
so much more! We support our members<br />
by offering support in several ways. From<br />
our Playgroups, to our Parents’ Night Out,<br />
to our Book Club, there is something for<br />
every member of your family! If you’d<br />
