2. I would pour out my heart to the Lord - TELL him what I was<br />

feeling. Lord, I am feeling (fill in the blank: sad, angry, resentful,, jealous,<br />

anxiety, fear,) or I am hanging on to, (hate, lust, unforgiveness, etc.)<br />

Sometimes I would ask the Lord to search my heart and show me if I<br />

had grieved His Spirit and needed to repent.<br />
