FLOWERS IN CHURCH<br />

The flowers that beautify our chancel area today are<br />

placed there in memory of Janet Jenkin, aunt of Pam<br />

Kerr.<br />

VOTER’S MEETING<br />

The Voter’s meeting will be held on Monday, November<br />

15th at 7:30 pm. Please see the agenda or refer to<br />

the informational packet for items to be discussed.<br />

CHRISTMAS GIFT COLLETCTION<br />

The Mission Society will be sponsoring a Christmas<br />

Gift Collection (formerly named Institutional Ministries<br />

collection) for the month of November until November<br />

28th. The gifts are distributed by volunteers to<br />

match the needs of the children, teens and adults. Gifts<br />

should be new, in original containers and unwrapped.<br />

Wrapping paper can be included with your donation.<br />

Gift certificates may also be given so that volunteers<br />

may purchase additional gifts. You can find a gift list<br />

in your church mailbox. Visit the donation table in the<br />

church entryway.<br />

THANKSGIVING CARDS AVAILABLE<br />

The OWLS bookstore now has Thanksgiving cards<br />

available for sale for only 50¢ each. The bookstore<br />

also offers a variety of special occasion cards. Visit the<br />

OWLS bookstore located in the corner of the church<br />

meeting room.<br />

NEWS FROM SHORELAND<br />

Shoreland <strong>Lutheran</strong> High School will be holding a<br />

Blood Drive, on Monday, November 15th from 8:00<br />

am—1:00 pm. Please call Shoreland (262-859-2595)<br />

for available time slots to donate.<br />

WORLD’S GREATEST COOKIE SALE<br />

The Calvary Academy Ministries will be hosting a<br />

cookie sale on Friday and Saturday, November 26th &<br />

27th. If you would like to donate cookies for this sale,<br />

we would ask that they be no larger than two inches in<br />

diameter, be packaged in disposable bags or containers<br />

and labeled with what kind of cookie they are. Due to<br />

food allergies, we would also like to know if they contain<br />

nuts, coconut, raisins and peanut butter. The most<br />

popular cookies are spritz, ethnic cookies, small sugar<br />

cookies, chocolate covered pretzels, peanut butter<br />

cookies, snicker doodles, and assorted candies and<br />

fudge without nuts. For more information, contact<br />

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES<br />

<strong>St</strong>. Paul’s <strong>Lutheran</strong> <strong>Church</strong>, Muskego has two 1/4 time<br />

stipend positions available; Worship Music Coordinator<br />

and Ministerial Team Coordinator. More information<br />

concerning these positions can be found on our<br />

church bulletin board in the church entryway or you<br />

may email Ministry Assistant Lynn Scheff at<br />

lscheff@stpaulmuskego.org for a position description.<br />

FOOD PANTRY RESTOCKING<br />

In anticipation of the upcoming holidays, the food<br />

pantry is in need of restocking. Food items for a<br />

Thanksgiving meal would be especially appreciated.<br />

All food items should be new & unopened and not past<br />

their expiration date. We also need donations of gift<br />

certificates to grocery stores for perishable items and<br />

gas cards. Gift certificates can be placed in Cathy<br />

Morgan’s mailbox or dropped off at the church office.<br />

If you or anyone you know is in need of a Thanksgiving<br />

gift basket or should be considered<br />
