HOMESCHOOL BASEBALL<br />
The West Houston Thunder is a baseball program<br />
for homeschool boys between the ages of 8-18.<br />
We offer baseball programs for Elementary,<br />
Junior High and High School level competition.<br />
We regularly compete against schools, leagues,<br />
select teams and other homeschool teams.<br />
Our practice location is Memorial Ashford Little<br />
League, 12900 Westmere Drive, Houston. For the<br />
summer months, we offer Boot Camp for ages<br />
13-18, Skills Clinic for ages 8-14 and Wiffle Ball<br />
& Pizza for all ages. Registration is required for<br />
these events. Fall baseball will begin August 28 th .<br />

The West Houston Thunder High School team<br />
traveled to central Florida in May to play in the<br />
Homeschool World Series (HWS). Twenty-five<br />
teams from around the country participated.<br />
The players and coaches are proud of the fact<br />
the program improved upon last year’s Division<br />
III championship. Andrew Wood and Nathan<br />
Lindblade were selected as Division II All Stars.<br />
Thunder participates in the HWS every May.<br />
ALBION HURRICANES FC (AHFC)<br />
AHFC has multiple campuses in and around<br />
Houston . The club invites all interested players<br />
from the ages of 7 to 18, to the Player Tryouts &<br />
Evaluations and to become part of our success.<br />
We ask that all interested players pre-register<br />
before coming out to the fields. Please visit<br />

AHFC offers JHSL (a recreational program for<br />
5-10 year old) at our Cy Fair and Central locations<br />
and offers additional training at Katy Friday<br />
Night Academy and New Territory Thusday<br />

SPORTS QUEST<br />
SUMMER SOCCER CAMPS <strong>2018</strong><br />
Celebrating 22 years! Online registration is now<br />
open for summer soccer camps <strong>2018</strong>! Sports<br />
Quest is a non-profit soccer training organization,<br />
dedicated to sharing Biblical truth to reach, teach<br />
& encourage next generation leaders through<br />
soccer. Sports Quest summer camps provide a<br />
fun, safe and educational soccer environment<br />
for boys and girls aged 5-12 years. Each camper<br />
receives a free soccer ball, a free camp T-shirt and<br />
other commemorative gifts and awards.<br />
Along with technical and tactical soccer skills<br />
training, daily competitions and biblically based<br />
life lessons, Sports Quest provides a camp experience<br />
to equip each child for success on and<br />

WEST HOUSTON RUGBY CLUB<br />
West Houston Rugby Club offers excellent opportunities<br />
for players of all ages from minis to<br />
adults to participate in one of America’s fastest<br />
growing sports. Our coaches are fully accredited<br />
with USA Rugby and include former European<br />
premiership players. We are a not for profit club<br />
with a mission to provide outstanding club management,<br />
a fun social environment and the feeling<br />

KATY AREA RUNNING CLUB<br />
The Katy Area Running Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit<br />
corporation which exists to serve people living<br />
in and around Katy, Texas who have an interest<br />
in running. We are a community of people of all<br />
ages, backgrounds, heritages and abilities who<br />
share a common interest - running! Our focus<br />
is on group runs, having fun, socializing and<br />
sharing our knowledge and experience with our<br />
members and the public. We welcome all who are<br />
interested in joining us. We have a full calendar<br />
of runs, events and socials. We hold group runs<br />
every Saturday morning at the Sergeant Hatch<br />
Sports Park off the south I-10 feeder road just<br />
east of Barker Cypress Rd. On Tuesdays (5 AM<br />
and 6:30 PM) we meet at the Cinco Ranch Junior<br />
High Track for speedwork and on Thursday (6:30<br />
PM) we meet at Crosspoint Community Church<br />
for tempo runs of various distances and paces.<br />

KATY CANOE & KAYAK CLUB (KC/KC)<br />
Established March of 2014 (Over 200 Members).<br />
Never paddled before, that’s okay too! We don’t<br />
own a store, don’t purchase anything yet! Join<br />
our meetings and we can answer your questions<br />
and/or assist you in trying out new gear and<br />
equipment. KC/KC is a non-profit organization<br />
with major Sponsors. Must be at least 21 years of<br />
