Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?<br />
We specialize in providing award-winning frozen drinks, both<br />
alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to any and all events—from weddings<br />
and corporate parties to golf tournaments, fund-raisers, graduations,<br />
and more. My amazing wife found the business, since she loves<br />
margaritas.<br />
How are you involved with both the community and your<br />
customer?<br />
I’ve coached youth basketball for years and love watching a kid’s<br />
confidence blossom like a flower. I also enjoy making people happy…<br />
and margaritas seem to do just that!<br />
What life accomplishments are you most proud of?<br />
Being married to an amazing woman for 26 years and raising four<br />
great kids.<br />
What’s your hidden talent?<br />
Singing, but it’s really hidden.<br />
What’s your biggest job perk?<br />
Making people’s parties or events special.<br />
What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?<br />
Ruchi Indian Cuisine.<br />
What’s your favorite childhood memory?<br />
Smelling the smoke near a warm fire, fishing, and eating s’mores<br />
while camping.<br />
And finally, customer service is…?<br />
Ensuring clients are satisfied with your service by going above and<br />
beyond to give them the best experience and product possible, and<br />
making people smile and connecting with them. Life is short—we all<br />
should sit around a warm fire and sip on a margarita!<br />
Describe your business.<br />
Tennis With Cole specializes in private and group tennis instruction for<br />
adults and children. All skill levels are welcome, especially beginners.<br />
What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from<br />
the experience?<br />
Working on a farm. I learned hard work builds character and gained<br />
an appreciation for hard-earned money.<br />
How are you involved with both the community and your<br />
customer?<br />
I offer after-school lessons for children and work closely with<br />
homeschooled children. I also offer risk-free trial lessons and free<br />
assessments for all students.<br />
Why is your staff the best in the business?<br />
I’m passionate about helping people improve and offer a selection of<br />
programs that fit any budget.<br />
What life accomplishments are you most proud of?<br />
Starting my own business and seeing it succeed; also, playing tennis<br />
in college.<br />
Where do you go when the going gets tough?<br />
I take a vacation to Hawaii every year.<br />
What’s your favorite local event that you go to?<br />
Sacramento Kings games.<br />
If you could be in any other profession, what would it be?<br />
A professional golfer.<br />

Doing the right thing for your students or making it right, even if it’s a<br />
