Here is our mini-guide to the best pubs in town. For a more casual night spent
drinking and chatting with friends, head towards Király street or Kazinczy street
in the Jewish quarter. They are home to traditional ruin pubs, and a number of
cozy, trendy or hidden-away spots, including one of the earliest ruin pubs, Szimpla

Rooftop bars are summertime favorites, where the sound of the city is muted, the
air is a bit cooler and drinks can be enjoyed amid spectacular views of the skyline.
Luckily, Budapest offers some great rooftops to enjoy the summer in the city. 360 Bar
is located on the top of Párizsi Nagyáruház, – the highest rooftop bar of Budapest, –
offers breathtaking views of downtown Pest and the Buda hills. High Note Sky Bar
offers a well-stocked bar and smooth music along with great views to the Bazilika.
