can go solo or be the change
your workplace needs and
organise an event for you and
your colleagues. Whatever you
do, however far your ride – have

Pledges make prizes
Every year, the Cycle to Work
Day organisers track how many
miles the Cycle to Work Day
cyclists pledge to ride. And this
year, 369,627 miles pledged so far, and counting…
Since the event began over 2 million miles have
been ridden! All you need to do is contribute your
saddle time for the 2018 event and pledge your
miles. To make it worth your while, everyone who
pledges has the chance to win some incredible
prizes.
When you get on your bike on Wednesday, August
15, you could secure your place in the huge prize
draw. To win, tell organisers how many miles you’re
planning to ride and pedal like the wind.
And as it’s Cycle to Work Day, who better to get
involved than employers? Add the health and
wellbeing event to you HR calendar and get
employees in the saddle.
Employees can give cycle commuting a go, with
