Duropal belongs to the Pfl eiderer Group and has been in the Australian market
since the early 1980s, with national market coverage by their state distributors.
Since 1958 Duropal has been a world leader in the manufacture of decorative
high-pressure laminates (HPL). Its reputation for creative innovation was reinforced
throughout the 1970’s with the 4.1-metre-length press and new textures.
Innovation grew with new investment in the 1980’s through the acquisition of a
majority shareholding by Pfl eiderer. Corporate restructuring and the acquisition
of Kunz by Pfl eiderer have resulted in the group becoming one of the worldwide
leading manufacturers of engineered wood, surface-fi nished products and
laminate fl ooring. Within the new structure of Pfl eiderer AG, Duropal GmbH
continues to deliver consistent product quality and creative innovation in both
high-pressure laminates and worktop component manufacturing.
The integrated hygiene protection of Duropal microplus ® effectively neutralizes
bacterial growth and multiplication over long periods of time.

Enhanced High Gloss (HS) is a fashionable yet enhanced-performance gloss fi nish designed to both complement the effect of the decor and provide improved abrasion resistance when
compared to standard gloss fi nishes. All gloss surface fi nishes will scratch and will also show scratches more easily. Accordingly, additional care should be taken in both installation

HIGH GLOSS (HG)
The Duropal HPL-fi nish High Gloss (HG) is a high-gloss fi nish with an extravagant mirror effect designed to meet normal and stress applications in kitchens, bathrooms and
interior fi ttings. Duropal special fi nishes offer highly dependable protection against damage through abrasive stresses, making them useful not only for manufacturers during
production or assembly but in particular for end users for everyday use.

CRYSTAL STONE (CT)
A fi ne starshine and a feeling of aliveness. This is Crystal Stone (CT), the new Duropal surface texture. Particularly designed for stone reproductions, it is also suitable for combination
with current plain colours. Let yourself be fascinated by the attractive interplay between matt surfaces and glossy spots that match the crystalline inclusions of granite.

A fi ne polished fi nish which gives a sense of brushed stainless steel. To be used primarily for vertical areas.

RUSTICA (RU)
The surface texture Rustica (RU) gives decors more expressiveness and depth. The gloss-matt effects are reminiscent of brushed wood in look and feel and take up the trend
towards distinct structures. Furthermore, Rustica decors are real wonder combinations. They model neutral plain colours, increase the effect of metallic colours and make streaky
wood reproductions more natural.
SOLIDCOLOR
Seamless colour SolidColor. The idea: dyed through to the core. The dyed core of HPL SolidColor makes it possible to build shelves, worktops and furniture fronts without any
visible butt edges or joints. This high-quality material also allows for surfaces with a painted appearance, depending on the choice of surface texture.

Reliability and confidence for the lifetime of the product. The
new antibacterial surface Duropal microplus ® meets this requirement
in full. This has been confirmed by test results and
certificates from the independent and renowned test institutes
SGS FRESENIUS and ISEGA. The result: Duropal microplus ® works
safely, perman-ently and effectively against bacteria. It is also
completely suitable for use with food and safe to process. SGS
FRESENIUS has confirmed it: Duropal microplus ® reduces common
bacteria by more than 99 per cent in 24 hours. Even
scratches and areas of wear will not affect the antibacterial
effects. Your advantage: reliability and confidence for the lifetime
of the product.
