Findings High school graduation rates are often utilized to gauge the capability of a school district, as well as the quality of education students are receiving. This variable of parental engagement can be partially evaluated through perspectives on parent-teacher interactions. According to Hispanic and Latinx parents of children in York County, the level of communication between parents and teachers varies greatly depending on the grade level of their children.
