Matt O’Dell, James Reilly, & Noel Wixsom<br />

Matthew P. O’Dell, CPA, is an audit partner with the accounting firm of Condon<br />

O’Meara McGinty & Donnelly LLP. Matt has worked with private clubs for approximately<br />

23 years. His prime responsibilities and area of expertise include accounting,<br />

auditing and internal control review. Matt has authored and contributed<br />

to various articles in leading club national publications and has spoken at annual<br />

conferences throughout the country and local chapter meetings regarding club operations..<br />

James J. Reilly, CPA, is a partner with the accounting firm of Condon O’Meara<br />

McGinty & Donnelly LLP. He serves on the Exempt Organizations Committee of<br />

NYSSCPA and served on the Non-Profit Organizations Committee of the NYC Bar<br />

Association. He previously served on the Internal Revenue Service “Exempt Organizations<br />

Liaison Group” and was formerly counsel to a Wall Street law firm. He is a<br />

frequent speaker and author on tax issues relating to social clubs. He authored<br />

The Little Club Book and edited the NCA Club Director Tax Services, The<br />

Federal Tax Treatment of Private Clubs which is an overview of federal tax laws relating<br />

to Section 501(c)(7) social clubs.<br />

Noel Wixsom has been advising private country clubs on technology strategy for<br />

more than 20 years. Mr. Wixsom created Country Club Technology Partners (CC<br />

Tech), specifically to focus on writing Technology Plans for private clubs. Since<br />

2007, CC Tech has worked with clubs of all sizes, including some of the largest<br />

clubs in the United States, assisting them on both short- and long-term technology<br />

strategy.
