presents an adaptation of the Rudyard Kipling classic,<br />
“Jungle Book.” The production reimagines the beloved tale,<br />
featuring Mowgli, Baloo the Bear and Kaa the snake, and introduces<br />
some new colorful characters from Kipling’s books,<br />
plus some from today’s urban jungle. The new story, written<br />
and directed by Craig Francis and Rick Miller, uses eyepopping<br />
video, interactive technology and whimsical stories,<br />
poems and songs from the original to create a family-friendly<br />
performance. “Jungle Book” opened July 17 and continues<br />
at 8 p.m. Tuesdays, 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesdays, 2 and<br />

The Arboretum Summer Nature Camp offers children weekly,<br />

exploration of the gardens, with nature-themed arts and science<br />

care is available. Weekly cost is $325 for full-day sessions for<br />
members, $360 for non-members, and half-day sessions, from<br />
9 a.m. to noon or 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. daily for $165 per week for<br />
