HOMESCHOOL BASEBALL<br />

The West Houston Thunder is a baseball program for homeschool boys<br />

between the ages of 8-18. We offer baseball programs for Elementary,<br />

Junior High and High School level competition. We regularly compete<br />

against schools, leagues, select teams and other homeschool teams.<br />

Our practice location is Memorial Ashford Little League, 12900 Westmere<br />

Drive, Houston. For the summer months, we offer Boot Camp for<br />

ages 13-18, Skills Clinic for ages 8-14 and Wiffle Ball & Pizza for all ages.<br />

Registration is required for these events. Fall baseball will begin <strong>August</strong><br />

The West Houston Thunder High School team traveled to central Florida<br />

in May to play in the Homeschool World Series (HWS). Twenty-five<br />

teams from around the country participated. The players and coaches<br />

are proud of the fact the program improved upon last year’s Division<br />

III championship. Andrew Wood and Nathan Lindblade were selected<br />

as Division II All Stars. Thunder participates in the HWS every May.<br />

ALBION HURRICANES FC (AHFC)<br />

AHFC has multiple campuses in and around Houston . The club invites<br />

all interested players from the ages of 7 to 18, to the Player Tryouts<br />

& Evaluations and to become part of our success. We ask that all interested<br />

players pre-register before coming out to the fields. Please<br />

AHFC offers JHSL (a recreational program for 5-10 year old) at our<br />

Cy Fair and Central locations and offers additional training at Katy<br />

Friday Night Academy and New Territory Thusday Night Academy.<br />

SPORTS QUEST SUMMER SOCCER CAMPS <strong>2018</strong><br />

Celebrating 22 years! Online registration is now open for summer<br />

soccer camps <strong>2018</strong>! Sports Quest is a non-profit soccer training organization,<br />

dedicated to sharing Biblical truth to reach, teach & encourage<br />

next generation leaders through soccer. Sports Quest summer camps<br />

provide a fun, safe and educational soccer environment for boys and<br />

girls aged 5-12 years. Each camper receives a free soccer ball, a free<br />

camp T-shirt and other commemorative gifts and awards.<br />

The Katy Area Running Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation which<br />

exists to serve people living in and around Katy, Texas who have an<br />

interest in running. We are a community of people of all ages, backgrounds,<br />

Our focus is on group runs, having fun, socializing and sharing<br />
