• Age 40 - 74<br />
• Live in East Sussex / Registered with a GP in East Sussex<br />
• Not diagnosed with any heart or kidney disease<br />
• Not on any medicaaon for Blood Pressure or Diabetes<br />
• Not had a Health Check in the last 5 years<br />
Please call for more info, or to book an<br />
appointment which will take in total around 20<br />
mins. You will have a short interview and a test<br />
for diabetes and cholesterol and be given your<br />
results at the appointment. We will be taking<br />
appointments on WEDNESDAYS iniially.<br />
