BIRRIFICIO PLOTEGHER

The Plotegher Beer project was born from the passion of the two
brothers Matteo and Stefano Plotegher for the history and the
ancient traditions linked to beer, once considered a magical drink,
to the territory and to the Cimbro people of which they are part.
After 20 years of home production, the company was founded in
2015, which in Besenello, works and produces its products at the
foot of the great manor Trentino, CASTEL BESENO located at the
end of the splendid Valle del Rospach, (Rio Cavallo in Italian)
leading to ALTIPIANI CIMBRI.Every processing stage undergoes
the influence of the territory in which it is conceived and produced,
rediscovering the ancient traditions dating back to the
homonymous Danish ancestors. "Cimbri is born, you do not
become" is in fact the motto of the Plotegher brothers.

The craft brewery has a large laboratory inside which there is a
plant that allows the production of 2000 liters / day, with a system
of four vats.
The brewer Stefano Plotegher takes care of all stages of processing
and production.
At the end of fermentation, the Trentine Beer is packaged in drums
and bottles. After a period of maturation, which requires at least 40
days (960 hours), the product is ready to be tasted.

and persistent foam, flavors of coffee, licorice and wood resins Larch

The Bionda craft beer for everyone, balanced, unfiltered but almost
transparent thanks to the cold treatment that gives it an extremely
pleasant taste.

VALKIRIJA TRENTINA
Tipologia: Viking Keller - "la Torbola"
The craft beer with the Cimbro character, comes from an ancient
medieval recipe and carries within it the history of the Viking
ancestors in Jutland (where the Cimbri come from) Light Opalescent
Color TorbidoBen Luppolata with a bitter taste and herbaceous finish
as per tradition
