My name is Josh Brewer and I am a master trainer at<br />
Purlife in downtown Boca Raton. I am a Coloradoan<br />
born and raised, but my profession of a strength and<br />
conditioning coach along with other family interests has me<br />
here in beautiful Boca Raton. I possess a Masters Degree in<br />
Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado (GO<br />
BEARS!) where I played football and met my wonderful wife Nicole.<br />
I bring with me 18 years of experience and am certified<br />
with CSCS and FMS. My areas of expertise cover basic fitness<br />
plans to complex programming with clients of all ages and populations.<br />
Personal training allows me to help get people in need<br />
on track, or back on track to a healthy lifestyle. Purlife was<br />
an easy choice to display my talents as they have a family feel<br />
and care for each and every one of their members. This fitness<br />
center has all of the latest innovations which aids me in providing<br />
first-rate service to all of my clients. My job here is simple:<br />
assess each client accurately and safely while providing a successful<br />
