Step 4: EYES:<br />
Twist two<br />
small bubbles<br />
approximately ¾”<br />
and lock twist.<br />
Step 1: Inflate a<br />
260, 12” – 15” and<br />
tie off. Massage the<br />
balloon to soften.<br />
Step 5: BODY: Twist a single bubble 3”-<br />
4” (approximately one hand width).<br />
Step 2: Make two<br />
small bubbles<br />
and lock twist.<br />
Step 6: Twist 1 ½” bubble, ¾”<br />
bubble and 1” bubble.<br />
Step 3: LIPS: Ear<br />
twist both bubbles<br />
from Step 2.<br />
Step 7: Duplicate the last three bubbles<br />
in reverse order: 1” bubble, ¾” bubble, &<br />
1 ½” bubble.<br />
