HEAD SOFTBALL COACH Northwestern College is seeking applicants for the position of head softball coach. This is a 60% 10-month position that could include additional duties in the kinesiology or athletic department to become full-time. Primary responsibilities are to provide leadership and direction for the women’s softball program. Duties will include recruiting and retaining a competitive team; practice and game preparation and scheduling; managing a budget for travel; equipment and supplies; and program fundraising. Additional duties may include teaching or event and facility management. The head softball coach will report directly to the athletic director. This position is open immediately. Qualifications: Previous positive coaching experience at the college or high school level. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
