KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />
Help ensure that all purchase requests are processed timely and<br />
in accordance with current purchasing policies. Prepare purchase<br />
orders. Assist with the implementation of a new company-wide<br />
supply inventory management tool. Help each site to manage<br />
reasonable inventory volumes and establish re-order points based<br />
upon expected upcoming volume of work<br />
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:<br />
•2 or 4 year degree in a related field is preferred or the equivalent<br />
experience is preferred<br />
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/<br />
WORKING CONDITIONS:<br />
•Primarily an indoor office environment<br />
•Ability at times to lift 50 lbs and use a ladder<br />
OTHER SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:<br />
• Previous inventory management or purchasing experience is preferred.<br />
• Strong Data-Entry and 10-key experience is required.<br />

HEAD SOFTBALL COACH<br />
Northwestern College is seeking applicants for the position of head softball<br />
coach. This is a 60% 10-month position that could include additional duties in the<br />
kinesiology or athletic department to become full-time.<br />
Primary responsibilities are to provide leadership and direction for the women’s<br />
softball program. Duties will include recruiting and retaining a competitive team;<br />
practice and game preparation and scheduling; managing a budget for travel;<br />
equipment and supplies; and program fundraising. Additional duties may include<br />
teaching or event and facility management. The head softball coach will report<br />
directly to the athletic director. This position is open immediately.<br />
Qualifications: Previous positive coaching experience at the college or high<br />
school level. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.<br />
