About the End O’ Summer Fly-In and Car Show<br />
Friday, Oct. 19, <strong>2018</strong> - Pilot’s Dinner, Music, Camping<br />
6:00pm Dinner<br />
Menu and Prices TBD<br />
Rock & Roll Band: Vapor Trail - No charge, bring your own lawn chairs<br />
Overnight Camping on grass area - Porta-Potties available<br />
Saturday, Oct. 20, <strong>2018</strong> - Fly-In & Car Show Open to the Public 7am - 2pm<br />
7:00 am - 10:45 am | Breakfast, Menu and Prices TBD<br />
Set up cars and aircraft starting at 6:30 am, Open to public at 8am<br />
Pilots who fly their aircraft to the event and display it, receive one free breakfast.<br />
The first 200 cars and aircraft on display receive a free dash plaque<br />
11:00 am - 2:00 pm | Lunch<br />
Menu and Prices TBD<br />
Visit the EAA Hangar for educational booths, food, ice cream, raffles, and more!<br />
Liability Release and Event Rules<br />
• Classic Car/New Car/Aircraft Show Event - Open to all vehicle types<br />
• Register by Oct. 15, <strong>2018</strong>, Space is limited. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis<br />
• Fly-In and Car Show is Sat., Oct. 20, <strong>2018</strong> from 8am – 2pm | Displays may arrive anytime after 6:30am<br />
• No entry fees to display your aircraft or vehicle<br />
• Please NO exhibition <strong>of</strong> speed on the property or on surrounding streets<br />
• Stay on the designated streets – The runway is reserved solely for aircraft<br />
• Bring your own folding chairs - No garbage may be left behind<br />
• Dash plaques for the first 200 vehicles/aircraft<br />
• Special Club Trophy will be given by the <strong>Fresno</strong> Posse Group<br />

Aircraft Association, EAA Chapter 376, Sierra Sky Park, <strong>Fresno</strong> Posse, San Joaquin <strong>Valley</strong> Antique Fly<br />
Wheelers, Legends <strong>of</strong> Kearney Bowl, all displays and those displaying, including these organizations,associations,<br />
clubs, groups, their <strong>of</strong>ficials, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, organizers, and anyone<br />
else involved in this event from any loss, liability, expenses, and costs that may be the result from any<br />
injuries, death, or damages to or loss <strong>of</strong> property that may sustain.<br />
